from saving me the job of reprimanding him myself. But them,I have a sneaking suspicious he knew what he was doing.

As far as these things being everywhere, I have yet to see anything you mentioned. I have never ever looked at Twitter, Instagram, nor read any other soap sites. The only place I might have seen something is at the grocery store but I have not…not a word. Occasionally they will have a blurb on primetime TV but they don’t usually give away anything, just tease us.

Now, let’s let the whole thing go. I think everybody is well aware of how we both feel.

remember that she was well-liked by many in Salem where Serena, not so much. I don’t think it had anything to do with the actor’s talent. Personally, I couldn’t care a fig about seeing any tribute to Serena yet would have felt cheated to miss out on Paige’s.

And I disagree about Jen, Daniel and JJ not being there. After all, Jen was kind of mentoring her at the hospital so she was a co-worker and she was JJ’s steady girlfriend and a frequent babysitter for Daniel, plus a close friend to all. If that doesn’t qualify them, I don’t know what else would.

I know something like this is really a meaty part for an actor and they can throw their all into it but I find it far, far, unreasonable to watch her acting like this. I think that is why you rarely see scenes like that submitted for Emmys, because you don’t have to be that good of an actor to play them.

Of course she’s going to grieve and be angry but I think she is playing it way over the top. I have know many people who have lost children, even only children, some very tragically, and did not lose control like Eve has done, repeatedly. Usually they are in such shock they are numb and just kind of stumble through the funeral/burial. And lashing out at others is usually too much effort in their grief to even bother with. Again, I’ve seen estranged people come together during the funeral but then back at it after everything is over.

Now, about feeling sorry for her, sorry, I can’t either. When she was acting so despicable to practically everybody in Salem, isn’t that what we were all hoping for, something rotten to happen to her? Well, that’s about as rotten as it could be, so all I can say about that is, Karma is a bitch, isn’t it Eve?

who don’t read other sites. That’s why The Annex forum was added here, so you don’t have to “follow everyone who doesn’t read spoilers.” But then, you knew that. I rarely even read things that people post regarding Days that are posted in other places. Anyway, thanks for your understanding.

I know I’ve said before that I hate spoilers, even though I do sometimes read them. But then it’s my choice. I have noticed that since the new writers started there have been many, many semi-spoilers posted here instead of on The Annex. Mostly about people coming and going but those are the biggest things I like to be surprised about. Maybe because everybody is so excited about what’s going on they just can’t contain themselves. :o) Am I the only one here who doesn’t like spoilers? Gosh, at least I’m unique about something!

BTW, did anyone else know that Paige was going to appear again? I enjoyed not knowing about that one and was pleasantly surprised. I sometimes think we enjoyed the show much more before the Internet because we didn’t ever know what was coming…especially after the Friday cliff-hangers.

of all the older cast members. I am surprised at many of their ages. Maybe I should apply for a job on Days. :o)

I really couldn’t figure out what I missed. Probably mostly commercials.

He (Stefano) just returned from the hospital with supposedly a heart attack. Yet we see him at home copiously consuming oxygen which certainly isn’t required at home for a heart attack recovery. That leads me to believe that Joe may be suffering from some respiratory problem in real life. COPD? If so, I’m surprised they didn’t write that into the script instead. Hope it’s nothing serious or that he is actually in need of it.

is leaving the show. That’s the second spoiler I’ve read here today. Please put them where they belong, Patti, you know better. Yes, we are all impressed with your vast knowledge of things to come but some really don’t know to know ahead of time.

things than that. How many people have come back from the dead after being shot, poisoned, blown up, burned alive and whatever else they could conjugate up? Or how about a total body transplant, ala Philip. When he came back he not only had a new face but he was several inches taller and had grown a new leg. Now THAT is hard to believe. Aging a couple of kids is nothing.

it was a linen suit that wrinkles very badly and always looks like a dishrag but, for some reason, especially in Europe, it is very fashionable. I thought it was something he found along with those clothes Chad dug up in the fishing shack. BTW, did anybody notice the shack has the same façade as the Horton cabin? They must have used the same architect. :o)

Just because you can draw pretty pictures doesn’t come anywhere near to being a talented designer. You have to be an expert on fabrics, construction, color, trends, and a whole bunch of other stuff that you’re not just born with, it has to be learned, and you can’t do that overnight. I applauded Nicole and Kate yesterday when they relegated her to a coffee gofer. I actually smiled out loud.

as a survivor of a double mastectomy and the dreaded chemotherapy myself, 31 years later(!), I sincerely appreciate what they are doing. The statistics are now one in eight women will at some time in their lifetime experience breast cancer, it is certainly a topic that will touch many.

Yes, the genetic testing is expensive but isn’t it worth it to know you have a high probability of contacting the disease. Some people say they wouldn’t want to know but, if nothing else, it would probably make one do their self-examinations and get regular mammograms, to detect it early IF they do get it.

I was a huge EJami fan, just like I was with EJ and Nicole and Sami and Rafe, and EJ and just about anybody (except Kate…eww!) and Sami and just about everybody. Hey, I’m easy to please.

For some reason I couldn’t get this to play but I’ll try again later. My dog has a bad habit of getting under my desk when we have thunder (which is practically every day) and he always manages to unplug speakers, printer, camera and everything else under there.

has been exceptional lately, worthy of a feature film. Not that same old soap stuff. Remember when it was all organ music?

that Chad was starting to remember things. Maybe it’ll come up later where it will provide an alibi for him.
