Maybe you both are right and I misinterpreted it. (HORRORS!) It makes sense now when somebody else says it. It was like, "Even though I didn’t understand a word you sang…" Okay, Sharon, I apologize and you’re not a total idiot after all.

I think, for some reason, when God created me, he packed me with many more words than he did others and I just have to have a means to get them out. That’s why I talk/write so much. Hope you all don’t mind too much.
I liked Carly when she was with Bo before but she knew then that the bond Bo and Hope had was stronger than anything she could have had with him. I’ve gotten used to their pairing and will feel sorry for her when he returns to Hope but maybe they’ve got something good up their sleeves for her.
I too think the baby will turn out to be Philips but I just HATE it that they can’t let a couple have some happiness. I like Dan and Carly together and really wanted them to creat a family all their own. Well, as my mom used to say, "Wish in one hand and spit in the other." Although I think the baby being Phil’s will allow some good stories for the future. Oh well…
to have an angiogram so from 9:45 on, I was either lying in the pre-op room, waiting for the proceedure or in the recovery room, waiting to go home so I had lots of time to spend watching TV. That is the most horrific thing I’ve ever seen (and probably ever will) in my entire life.
There are only three public things I can remember where I was when it happened, JFK’s assassination, Princess Diana’s accident, and 9/11.
I came here after alt.tv.days-of-our-lives, which I had been posting on since 1995 just got too unbearable with the sniping and incessant spamming. I don’t know what joy those imbicles get from that but I just couldn’t take it anymore. I found Jenn’s group and what a god-send it’s been. It’s so pleasant but, like you, Lucky, I felt like those people in the other group were family. In fact, four of us have taken trips together, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Orlando and had a bang-up time. (Can you imagine sitting in bed at midnight discussing Days characters and storylines? OMG!
But now I’m getting to know these new people (which is why I really like the OT posts about your lives and what you do) as well, and it again feels like family. So, although I didn’t know the ones you mentioned, I love all you guys (or, as Pammy would say, guysies) just as much.
It sounds interesting when I record it but when I go to watch it, blah, my interest is gone. I’ve tried to get interested in The Glads (being how it’s filmned practically in my backyard but the stories just aren’t any good. We’ve got free HBO and Cinimax next weekend so I’m hoping to find some good movies.
I ODed on 9-11 specials last night but saw some very interesting new stuff. They had an hour and a half of footage (without any commentary or commercials) of ordinary everyday people who had filmed. One very disturbing thing was a man jumping out of the window and he was on fire. OMG, that was horrible. I counted and it took him seven seconds to hit the bottom. Can you imagine what must have been going through his mind?

how does Arianna find out that Sami shot EJ? And if it turns out that it was someone else that did it, they’d better have a pretty damned good explanation of why we see Sami pointing the gun at EJ and hearing the shot and then seeing EJ twitch. It’ll be very hard to convince me that it was someone else and Sami doesn’t have a clue.
I just can’t get excited about anything involving Emily’s death. It holds no interest to me at all. And we don’t need any more people connected to the Dimeras.

if you FF through her scenes, how can you say you don’t like her when you’re not even watching her? Seriously, I cannot understand what it is so many of you dislike so intensly. Yes, I don’t like some of the things she does but can’t we say that about every other actor? Brady and his (previous) obsession with Nicole, Rafe and his ridiculous obsession with Sami, Sami and her…well, too many things to list here. I think Shelly does an excellent job in her role so I really can’t find anything to dislike.
In fact, I knew EJ was left-handed and when they showed him pointing the gun to his head it was in his right hand…or so I thought, until they panned around to show us we were seeing him in the mirror. That was too intentional not to play into something that is ultimately going to come out. As for another shooter, kudos to them if they pull it off before we figure it out.
As for him having amnesia, of course these untalented hacks are going to use that again. Any chance to throw in amnesia is a chance that must be taken. Heck, he’ll probably come to and become Mr. Nice Guy and Sami will fall for him again. Oh, dear!
