if EJ wants to torture Sami so bad and make her suffer, why is he always consoling her? Huh?
BonbonParticipantI would occasionally watch his show when he was on TV. It was like watching a train wreck and was frequently so vile and disgusting I couldn’t look away to see how much worse it could get. And I’d say that was the rule rather than the exception. I didn’t know how Robin could stand to be on there with him and endure all the female degradation. I think his show appeals mainly to the purient interests of the young teen-age boys and the just plain dirty old men.
As to his hair, I’ve seen him with short hair and have to admit, he does look better with it long. Maybe because it detracts from his big nose.
BonbonParticipantcops tend to like Glock 9 mm weapons (unless you’re Inspector Harry Callahan who uses a 44. Magnum which would have gone through both of the and probably the wall too), so it should have gone into Vivian also. What a shame!
BonbonParticipantThanks so much for posting that. What a great trip down memory lane. And that last clip of their interview was amazing. It was just last November and just look how beautiful those two are. Who could imagine Bill is 80 year old.
BonbonParticipantwould have definitely gone all the way through her and into Viv also. Unless it was a small caliber and hit a bone or something. I guess that’s possible. And the exit wound is always much larger than the entrance hole yet there was no blood on the ground. <scratching head> Daniel said it was close to her heart so it should have no bearing on her child-producing capabilities. But this is Days, so who knows?
BonbonParticipantis the ultimate goal supposed to be marriage or is it just for them to weed out all the others and end up with the person they are most interested in and think may have a possible future with. (Oops, ended with a preprosition…sorry!)
BonbonParticipantAt least they got the gun shot wound right. Usually there’s so much blood at the point of entry when that doesn’t hardly bleed at all. They should have been steming the blood flow at her back at the EXIT wound instead.
And the Bo thing with Hope was bad, bad, bad. That gives the viewers terrible information. You NEVER move someone until you’re certain there are no spinal injuries. Not only that, they play way to loose with unconsciouness on this show. That is a very serious thing to be out for any period of time, VERY serious and you don’t pronounce that they will be okay while they’re still out. Did they do an MRI, or CT Scan, or even plain ol’ x-rays? Don’t get ME going! It’s not that hard to get it right.
Same thing with Chloe. Who would do an ultra-sound before she’s even been examined by an Ob-Gyn and confirmed pregnant? I don’t think even a staff doctor could handle that.
February 17, 2010 at 12:08 pm in reply to: It’s not a Salem wedding unless someone gets shot… #10570BonbonParticipantAlthough we didn’t see it, Kristen got shot. I remember the blood all over the wedding dress.
BonbonParticipantIt didn’t jump up and bite my nose so I missed it.
Thanks!
BonbonParticipantadrenaline! My husband walked down the ski hill, returned his skis, drove back to the cabin, spent the night playing poker, drove home in the morning, and went to the doctor the next day, all on a severly broken leg. Of course, by then, he had done much more damage than if he’d gone directly to the hospital. But you know men.
BonbonParticipantI think Howie was their first choice but then Stern approached them for the job. From what I’ve read, no decision has been made. I just find it ironic that they would even consider someone who is so intensly disliked by such a large part of their audience.
On the other hand, as much as I thoroughly detest him, I’ve seen him in an interview a long time ago where he was a very decent human being, displaying an amazing intellect, and an interesting conversationalist. That’s why I said, if he could clean up his act (and keep it clean) he might be a very good judge. The only problem is, would the viewers give him a chance in the first place? I don’t think so.
BonbonParticipant…a duodecahedron! (Did I spell that right?) I probably shouldn’t give the writers any ideas or they’ll probably take a stab at one.
BonbonParticipantEOM
BonbonParticipantDon’t couples typically get married in the bride’s church? If so, St. Luke’s would have been Belle’s church (even though John and Marlena have never shown to us they were Catholic).
But, again, I think it’s true, St. Lukes’s is the only church in town, so it makes it easier if everybody is Catholic. But the Kiriakises are one family that would be very hard to "convert."
BonbonParticipantSee, you learn something new every day. Thanks for the info.
I just checked the law in Florida and a mayor can only perform a wedding if he is also a Justice of the Peace. Maybe that mayor was also.
