BonbonParticipant
…not everyone with big boobs has had implementation. But when you see them one day and they’re small and the next time you see them, they’ve suddenly grown humongous, it’s a pretty sure bet there was a plastic surgeon involved somehow.
I have no quarrel with anyone getting implementation, they just need to stay within reason. I don’t know why in the heck some of these women think they need to be so big. That size just doesn’t look attractive on Lindsey, IMO. If you’re born with them, that’s a different story.
February 11, 2010 at 12:24 pm in reply to: OT – how many of you are home today because of ‘Stormzilla’? #10393BonbonParticipantMy idiotic poodle will not go outside if it’s raining (go figure!). When it rains here, it doesn’t usually rain for very long so it’s not often a problem but if it should rain all day, I’ll put a pee-pad down for her on the tile floor. They are scented so they will go on them. They work great.
I have a friend who has a shih-tzu who NEVER goes outside. (She’ll get her hair dirty…it drags on the floor.) That’s where she "goes" all the time. I guess lots of people do that, however, it seems to me, that would get kind of expensive.
Staying on topic, I remember from my days living in the Chicago area just how disabling all that snow can be and my thought go out to all you guys. It’s beautiful but sometimes you have to say…ENOUGH!
February 11, 2010 at 12:16 pm in reply to: Captain Phill Harris of the Cornelia Marie has passed away… #10392BonbonParticipantI’ve only seen the show a few times and don’t know what he died from but considering the danger those guys put themselves in all the time, maybe that is a preferable way to go thnt some of the horrible ways they meet their maker. My condolences to his family, friends and fans.
BonbonParticipantEOM
BonbonParticipantAnyone remember how they treated Mac’s passing? I don’t remember if they had any kind of tribute for him. They just treated it as the character died, IIRC.
February 6, 2010 at 12:50 pm in reply to: Frances Reid, ‘Days of Our Lives’ matriarch, dies at 95 #10307BonbonParticipantI’m sure there are a ton of legalities involved with having past actors appearing on a tribute show. To my knowledge, it’s never been done before and probably for that reason. I would think that many of the long-term actors on Days would be willing to do a tribute without pay, just out of respect to a dear friend and long-time cast member, heck, the pillar of the show. But again, maybe the Actors’ Guild would not allow that. I know you have to pay minimum scale for an appearance if you’re not under contract.
So, it’s a shame that it can’t be done the way we’d like to see it but I’m afraid that’s what we’ll have to settle for. We’ll see the current characters and any that may be willing to come back (and Days can afford to pay) but that’s probably it.
I wouldn’t object to suspending the storylines for one day and have nothing more than the actors (out of character) saying relating their rememberances of Frances and showing short clips. I think that would pull in every viewer that has ever in their life watched Days and produce the biggest ratings for a soap…in history!
Oh, well, wish in one hand and spit in the other and see which gets full faster.
BonbonParticipantIf, and they’d BETTER, they do a tribute, they tape so far in advance, I wonder how long it will be before we see Alice die on the show.
BonbonParticipantHey, there’re lots of houses for sale down here. You’d never have to shovel snow or drive in it again…or wear boots…or mittens…or caps…or scarfs.
I’ve been meaning to ask you, do you watch Ace of Cakes on the Food Network? He’s in your neck of the woods, isn’t he? They don’t seem to have any snow there. They must only film in the summer. What made me think of it was they made a huge cake for the Super Bowl party last year and I figured since you’re a Ravens fan, you might have seen it.
BonbonParticipantI’m glad they decided to show Ciera’s displeasure with Carly moving in by doing something bad. Too often they make these kids such little angels that they are almost not human. And I thought it was wise for Hope to tell Bo they shouldn’t reward her bad behavior. For once, they got it right.
BonbonParticipantIf I’m not mistaken, she had no family. Her family pretty much consisted of the Days cast.
It’ll be interesting to see how they write it into the show. And I hope they will finally do a fitting tribute to her. Although it certainly comes too soon after the "death" of Mickey. She WAS Days of our Lives.
BonbonParticipantI have a hard time remembering his real name is David Leisure instead of Joe Isuzu. I don’t expect him to be serious either. I guess that’s a prime example of type casting.
February 3, 2010 at 6:49 pm in reply to: Has Anyone Noticed How Cold E.J. has become toward Sydney? #10216BonbonParticipantabout EJ being worse than Stefano. Have you forgotten that he imprisioned his own daughter in an underground cave? And marooned his son (Tony) on an island for twenty-five years! AND, he had his own son (Benji) killed? You can’t get much colder than that.
Yes, he’s definitely VERY evil where it pertains to Sami but I think he treats Sydney with much love and affection. As for taking her away from her mother, she doesn’t even know Sami yet so I don’t think you can count that.
BonbonParticipantIt seems to be the rule rather than the exception when a couple splits that it’s usually the man that has a harder time adapting to being alone. Most of the time, the wife has the kids and has to start peddling faster and faster just to keep her head above water. Maybe that’s where Bo is…he just wants someone "to come home to."
Don’t you just want to bang their two heads together and knock some sense into them? At this point, I can’t say that either one is more to blame than the other.
BonbonParticipant…but certainly not the poop-wouldn’t-melt-in-his-mouth old Will (do I have my adages mixed up?). For Will growing up with Sami for a mother, he’s turned out surprisingly well. Maybe that’s why they changed actors, so they could make him a problem child. Heck, Sami doesn’t have enought strife in her life as it is, she needs some more.
BonbonParticipantYes, I read that too but I can’t for the life of me figure out who he was and I watched that show religiously. I didn’t even recognize him by his picture so he must have had a very small part. I read it on AOL who tends to sensationalize their articles.
