Whew, that’s a relief.  Now we can all quit stewing over it.

Actually, he’s pretty lucky.  The biggest cause of home deaths for seniors is falls.  And falling down steps is certainly one of the more serious.

Living in Florida, I wear flip-flops ALL the time and have tripped (or slipped) because of them often.  Maybe I should learn a lesson from John.  But what else could I wear?  I LOVE them!

I’m wondering why she is keeping a scrapbook of the kidnapping.  That would indicate to me that maybe she’s planning on keeping Sydney.  For what reason, I haven’t the foggiest.  Anna has never been very maternal as mentioned re Carrie.

And I don’t believe for a minute she’s working with Stefano, although I don’t believe she’s working alone either.  But who it is is beyond me…I don’t have a clue.  How she knew their whereabouts is anybody’s guess and the writers will certainly have some ‘splainin’ to do.

I wish someone would make a statement so all us Nosey-Rosies could put our curiosity to rest.  Don’t they know we won’t let this go until we find out?

My guess is a minor car accident.  It’s pretty obvious he has stitches under that tape.  Hitting his head on the steering wheel might do that, as well as give him a black eye.  Although, just having a black eye doesn’t call for sunglasses.  I’m wondering if he didn’t have some kind of eye injury also.

Look at the light in the cell and the telephone and sign outside.  They are all in the same place.  The telephone really gives it away.  I’m sure there wouldn’t be a phone outside each cell.

Speaking of telephones, I thought it strange that there would be a pay phone at the bus station.  When’s the last time you saw a pay phone anywhere?

It makes me feel really uneasy how they’re writing Nichole right now.  It’s almost as if they don’t expect her to return after her maternity leave.  Look at all the bridges she’s burned, EJ, Brady, Chloe…

Doing something heroic (like you mentioned) would certainly help but at this point I can’t really see how she’s going to fit in again.  I loved her with EJ and if there’s anything I’d like to see in Nicole’s future, it would be getting back in his good graces and continuing on as the ultimate bad guys on the show.  I’m not sure if we’d like Nicole as a goody-two-shoes.

We never did see much of Adrienne and Justin’s kids, in fact, I think a couple (the twins) were born and we never saw them.

What bothers me is that they are letting the Horton family die out.  If any characters should be brought back, I think they should be Hortons.  There are certainly enough that they could do it.  A start with a decent Jeremy would be a good beginning.  And Scotty could come back too.  At least we have the faux Hortons, Nathan and Lucas but I’d like to see some genuine Hortons on.

I know it is illegal to record someone’s conversation with someone else (i.e. a phone tap) but it isn’t to record their words with you so Sami was not breaking any laws.  Although it may not be admissable in a court of law, it is your right to record their conversation with you without their permission.

Isn’t it strange how many of us absolutely hated Melanie when she first came on.  And many said it wasn’t just the character but they didn’t like the actor at all and thought she should go away.  And now she’s turned into a character everybody likes.  It just goes to show you what poor judges of talent we all are, huh?

In fact, it was much the same with Chelsea.  Not everybody was converted but many who didn’t like her at first, grew to love her.  I did the same thing with the Brady (Kyle) too.  I thought he was a terrible actor until they turned him around.  Then he became one of my favorites.

So, from now on, I promise (holding up right hand) to not judge a new character until I ‘really’ get to know them.

I didn’t know that as a fact but something I read in a post here.  They said that because Frances and John were the only remaining original actors, they were given a lifetime contract.  Just hearsay, I guess.

I don’t think I could look at Adrienne now and not think of Bonnie.  Ewwww…  Can you picture Justin married to her?!?!

As I’ve mentioned in a previous thread, EJ has been looking too tortured to know where she is or have any knowledge of her whereabouts.  Remember when he was sitting alone in the mansion and almost on the verge of tears when nobody else was around?  And what would be the purpose of doing that?  I mean, Sydney is HIS daughter, why wouldn’t he just take her?  There’s going to be a fight with Sami no matter what happens.

Nope, don’t think it’s EJ.  And I don’t think it’s Stefano either.  I’m just really baffled on this one.

…for how much longer?  Look at how many times Lucas has disowned her and a couple of days later, he’s tied back up to her apron strings.  And Philip has done the same thing too many times to take him seriously.

If I were Kate, I’d be pretty devistated to have my kids ignore me like that but it doesn’t seem to phase her a bit.  Probably because she also knows they’ll come back to ‘mommy dearest’ in the future.  Bah!  Kick her to the curb, and then down the drain, I say.

I’m wondering how they can kill Mickey off if John Clarke has a lifetime contract.  The only way they would be able to do that is if he has agreed to let them out of it.  Although I do think it would make for one heck of a storyline for Suzanne.  And, yes, I agree Patti, if anyone can do it, she can.

Don’t let Carly get involved with Daniel.  He and Chloe just went through way too much to break them up.  I agree that Carly and Daniel certainly did show some chemestry (but I believe Daniel could do that with any woman!!!) but please, oh please, just let them remain friends.

Of course, if they don’t do ‘something’ with that relationship, it’s going to go stale and nobody will want to watch them but, heck, at least let them have a little happiness first.

And if it turns out that Daniel IS the daughter’s father, that doesn’t mean he has to end up with Carly.
