BonbonParticipant
he could never hold a candle to the Dimera or Kiriakis family. Either family could crush Clyde like a bug. That would be like comparing the Crips with the Cosa Nostra.
BonbonParticipantthat Theresa is going to get pregnant. Heaven knows, she’s certainly had enough opportunities. And apparently Brady’s drug-induced stupor(s) probably kept him from thinking about protection. Bah, this is the pits. The only redeeming solution I could see is for her to have the baby and move back to LA. Although I couldn’t see Brady letting an heir of his out of his sight.
BTW, I really miss the spoilers (even though I hate being spoiled, I HAVE to read them). Have they tightened up on them? Is this a thing to come?
BonbonParticipantThis is not normal behavior for a girl that age at all. Are they going to turn her into some kind of psycho now?
I suppose they can’t leave a sweet blooming relationship alone without throwing some kind of monkey wrench into it.
BonbonParticipantexactly what these horrible things he did to them were. Ben told Abby that Jordan got the worst of it but didn’t say just what that “it” was.
And I’m torn about Clyde’s supposed regrets over his past actions and wanting to atone for them. He sounds sincere but there is always that sneer on his face that makes me totally doubt him. He told Ben several times he doesn’t have to pay him the money back. That sounded sincere. What does everybody else think? Does he really want to mend his relationship with his kids or is there an ulterior motive? If so, what IS he looking for?
BonbonParticipantthat’s what was inferred.
BonbonParticipantI noticed that too and really think it is his hair. EJ’s was also getting longer and changed his appearance quite a bit. In fact, Sami even mentioned it when she was “talking” to him about how she wanted to ask him to cut it. That was a nice touch.
BonbonParticipantit was obviously an unapproved drug so why does it need to be injected properly. Yes, those things bother me also.
BonbonParticipantsomeone who has just lost a loved one needs to have someone there with them. They need to be distracted from that incredible pain they are experiencing. Yes, yes, I know some just want to be alone but I’d say most people really need someone there with them for as long as it takes.
I cried more yesterday than any other so far. Even Nicole had my tears rolling. Very touching storyline, indeed.
BonbonParticipantThey can also witness the “behind the scenes” events if wished.
BonbonParticipantvery good question. I was wondering the same thing. OR…was that Kristin that gave John the injection or Susan. First we see Kristin trashing her room and crying over EJ, then she’s at the morgue. If it was so important to give EJ that injection, what was she taking up so much time loosing it?
If, whatever it was she gave him brings him back to life, that’ll be the most unbelievable substance this show has ever used. Puhleeze!
October 14, 2014 at 7:32 am in reply to: OK laying with the body on that table is over the top ? #45563BonbonParticipantI thought the same thing. That reaction was too adult for them. Maybe first one hugging her and then the rest following but not all at once like that. But I did like how they only showed it but we didn’t hear what Sami was saying.
As for EJ having rigor mortis, that goes away after a while and the body becomes flexible again. But because it begins 3 – 4 hours after death, it had probably not set in yet…I would assume.
Another anomaly (other than Sami being in there alone) is Kristin getting into the morgue. Morgues are typically very secure places. And, unless an autopsy is in progress, bodies are not left out in the open like that.
BonbonParticipantthis topic is a dead horse and we should stop beating it. That article from Peter sounds to me like a plea for sympathy or for him to keep his hook in our noses but I, for one, have none. He made his bed, now he can sleep in it for as long as he likes.
BonbonParticipantthat was so commendable. Yes, the actors had to deliver it but they had to deliver as directed so I think the kudos go to the director on this one. (But well-deserved applause to the writers and actors also.) Sami’s continued display of denial while still letting a little reality occasionally seep in was so well done.
But, I’m not going to analyze this one to death. I’m just going to go with what the writers intended and let it go at that. So far I have been well satisfied with this “closure.”
BonbonParticipantIt has never been said it’s drugs. So far, that’s just an assumption we have all made. It seems to me they have been very careful to not identify exactly what kind of “business” they are dealing in.
BonbonParticipantAFAIC, Bo is now dead to me. He’s been gone long enough that I don’t care anymore and I’m really looking forward to the Hoden storyline development. I am thoroughly enjoying it now, especially the slow and steady way they are progressing.
