more time before forming an opinion of their acting abilities. I have done this over and over with so many of them. I think Brady (Kyle) was the worst. I had no use for him at all, thought his acting stunk, didn’t like his looks or anything about him. Then when they turned him around, I loved him. So, guess I’ll have to hold off on Chad.
BTW, I liked Aiden right away.
And for the reasons he gave her. She claims to know him so well, she should absolutely know he was telling the truth. Of course now we’re going to see EVE blow a gasket when she finds out they are still together and she’s out $2,000. Sorry, toots, that’s the price you pay to meddle.
Some of his lines were very painful to hear him deliver. I guess he’s okay for being new to acting but there is certainly room there for improvement. And his wearing a suit is definitely not the Chad we knew. They are trying too hard to stuff him into the Dimera mold.
Marlena’s plane exploded at take-off when the villain before Stefano (oh, why can’t I remember his name) was taking her away to his secret island.
But I definitely feel cheated with this “solution.” I think we were led to expect something dramatic and fulfilling for the fans and we get this? Bah! Although the divorce papers were somewhat of a surprise knowing of Hope’s lifelong commitment and love for Bo. I would assume that would have to be a gut-wrenching decision for her to make.
I did like their scene at TBA though. They were like a couple of giddy teens planning for their first date, all excited but trying to contain it. (And did you notice that horrible ersatz sunlight again in Aiden’s face. I wish they’d get rid of that, it’s so phony.)
I think it was her bad attitude and sourpuss face that did her in. If she had been more gracious and less whiney about it, the fans may have given her a break so she’s got nobody to blame but herself.
Betsy will probably go next though and I just hate that Tony gets cheated out once again with a dud for a partner. I’m sorry but I don’t find her entertaining at all, only an old lady desperately trying to hold on to the lime light. I really wish they would not select these people over 70. We know they aren’t going to last. They can’t possibly go up against the younger, more athletic ones.
As far as not knowing half the “stars,” that’s true just about every year. I didn’t get the selection of the blogger though. That is hardly a star, even in the broadest sense of the word.
Boy, talk about cauliflower ear, that is a good example. I’m surprised they can’t do something plastic surgery wise for that. There are several pictures of him and his ear here:

they shouldn’t have him wearing a suit. Yes, that is Dimeraesque but it’s certainly not Chad. Have we EVER seen him in one. It’s probably the new image they want to portray.
love does strange things to people. They do things they would not normally do because of the desperation they feel and the fear of losing that person. While I think Jenn is making a total and complete idiot of herself, I can understand what’s making her do it. I’ve seen people do really stupid things just because they are “in love.”
As far as the other girls go, well, that’s what make a soap opera. How could they possible go on without crashing into their guys occasionally? :o) Actually, I’d say Nicole is a pro at that one with Jenn coming in a close second.
but she sure was making herself at home when Maggie broke up the fight and she helped herself to a drink. In fact, I was wondering how she knew what she was drinking. It was just a clear liquid and could have been a lot of things.
