I believe it was her fan base that saved Candace. But not from her TV days, I think it was her strong Christian beliefs she has been so open about. I think there are probably more people who voted for because they aligned with that than her dancing. But I think she should have gone before Charlie also.

It’s to the point now that I would not be surprised to see James, Amy, or Meryl win and deservedly so. I’m also to the point of wanting Maks to win because he never has; Peta, just because I like her so much; or Derek because he is so talented.

And there is no doubt in my mind that Peta and James are doing more than dancing. I mean, they dated before the show, how could they possibly not be now? There is so much kissing and body contact on this show that any little spark between these couples just HAS to catch fire. All you have to do is look at Peta’s face when she looks at him to see the adoration there.

This is one season I really hate to see end.

I don’t always look like a fashion plate while I’m at home either.  In fact, sometimes I look quite dowdy.

live in Deltona which is about half way between Orlando and Daytona. It is a smaller town with a “family feeling.” It’s a good place to raise a family but if you’re looking for nightlife or cultural events, definitely not the place to go.

In Coral Springs which is about 30 minutes northwest of Ft. Lauderdale and next door to Boca Raton. Jax is way north of me and almost a different state when it comes to climate and the demography. I’m not familiar with that area except I hear it’s very nice there. Much more “old Florida” than down here which is populated with many, many New Yorkers. In fact, I was surprised when I moved here just how many of them there is. Seems like EVERYONE has a New York accent.

having Nick bare his soul at the very end. I always suspected there might have been some sincerity in this admitting to just wanting to “fit in” and have someone care about him. That was so touching. BUT, knowing Nick, was it real? Or was it a performance for someone he knew was lurking?

If I’m not mistaken, silencers are illegal. At least in California they are.

Now that’s what I call a dedicated grandma. I just don’t understand these days why so many parents have to drive their kids to school. When I was in school (in the dark ages) and even when my kids were in school, if you lived too far to walk you either took city transportation (high school) or a school bus (middle school).

When school gets out around here, the cars are lined up all the way around the parking lots, through the entrances and way, way down along the streets. At some places, it is impossible to make a right turn because of the line of cars. I thought maybe this was just Florida but apparently not. Where has all this lottery money gone that was supposed to be going to our schools? Can’t they afford busses for these kids?

I am also surprised at how early some kids are starting school. Our hours were always 9:00 to 3:30…all the way from first to senior in HS. The middle school here starts at 7:30. Why so early? Most office jobs don’t even start that early.

he is acting just like he did back when Melanie was around. I truly believe Nick has deep-seated psychiatric issues and no amount of prison or haymakers to the jaw (which he seems to be getting a plethora of lately) is going to have any effect on him. EJ just may be doing society a service.

That looked very much like the real thing to me. I wonder who it belongs to. Especially because it had a silencer.

I saw it on a page about "under fives" but now I can’t find it again.  There was a picture of them as babies so could be.  I just remember the boy’s name was Ranger.  So, how old are these girls?  I can’t believe they don ‘t have their birth dates pn Imdb.com.

Although Allie is two months older than Johnny, they are both nine years old. I guess they are just developing differently.

And an interest fact, like all other kids on Days, Allie has a twin who has also appeared on the show. The only thing is, he’s a boy! But he only appeared when they were a baby.

Other kids ages? Ciera is 11 and Parker is seven. I think it’s about time they let Parker start acting like he’s seven instead of three.

But I stand by my opinion. Just “leave her alone” is the kind of attitude that allows so many of these young kids these days to get overweight and stay that way. You may not think she is that bad but I’d bet my membership to this group that her BMI shows she is overweight, if not obese. Why wait until she is downright FAT before doing something about it?

And I agree with Patti (OMG!) about her seeming to be much older than Johnny. Sure, they are fraternal twins and don’t have to look alike but they don’t even look like siblings. Of course this is just a TV show but Days “usually” does such a good job in hiring family members who look like they belong together. I wonder what their actual ages are.

(Patti, what are you doing up so early?)

quite chubby.  I do not inderstand when parents allow a child to become overweight at such an early age.  If she doesn’t have a medical condition she should be having her meals monitored.  I think that is a form of child neglect.

I think the crap she deals out on her show is not the real Abby Lee Miller and I don’t believe for one minute she is the ogre she portrays, otherwise those girls wouldn’t worship her like they do. Yet most of the time she looked terribly uncomfortable to me and totally out of her element and I thought her comments weren’t much more than fluff. But I was really shocked when Maks said he didn’t care about anything she had to say. I was surprised Abby didn’t have a comeback later in the show for him.

I was really disappointed in Abby’s girls also. They all came off as totally spoiled, egotictical brats. I wonder where Chloe and her mom were, they were very conspicuously absent. But it was really funny to see the faces on the moms after Maks’ comment. Priceless!

As for Amy, I wouldn’t be surprised to see her win the whole thing. She is an incredible dancer, despite being on prosthetics. It would be terrible if she won it on sympathy but even if that should happen (which I doubt), I think she’d be winning it on merit anyway. We are at that point now where I just can’t imagine who will go next because they are all so good. I’d love to see Maks win because he never has but I’d like to see Peta and James win too, she is such a fabulous dancer.

In some of the years past, any one of these dancers could have won. There is just so much talent this season.
