Melanie ended up from tunnel #3 to tunnel #2, without running into Chad, who ended up from tunnel #2 to tunnel #3.
(NOTE:) In "Act 5," Chad wasn’t mentioned in tunnel #2 anymore, nor in tunnel #3. In "Act 6, Chad apeared in tunnel #3.
I’m guessing that:
Chad might not have run into Brady yet and headed for tunnel #3, where Melanie had been, and where Gabi and Andrew remained. Melanie had escaped from Andrew (YAY!) and ended up in tunnel #2, where Brady was. The debris and chaos, or nooks and crannies, in the tunnels prevented Chad and Melanie from running into each other.
My fantasy guess:
Brady and Chad might have been searching together in tunnel #2, and Melanie (who escaped Andrew) got to tunnel #2 with Brady and Chad. Chad, in furious anger, decided to go beat the living dickens out of Andrew, and asked Brady to stay with Melanie to protect her. The problem with this version is, that Andrew had a gun. But I’m thinking maybe Andrew lost the gun in one of the tunnel’s tremors before Melanie escaped.

BrandyRoseParticipantdemise or non-demise: Over on the spoiler board (under "The Shooter"), there is speculation about Stefano’s rising again. I left my version on it, inspired by something I read, but the details are mere conjecture on my part.

BrandyRoseParticipantwins the sympathy of the bulk of viewers, as the long-suffering ex-husband of the brat Sami. I hope he gets an Emmy for this! Lol. Let’s hope Lucas just up and leaves Sami, just when she is totally commited to him. He can just say, "Too late!" and walks away, leaving her wanting to commit hari-kari. (I’m getting silly now.)

BrandyRoseParticipantis the perfect description for EJ, JustWondering! He may or may not posses redeemable qualities, but he is always cold and calculating. EJ has become one of my most loathed characters. (He’s not fooling me anymore, lol!)
>>> – – >>> – – @
BrandyRoseParticipanttired of the Sami-EJ back-and-forth dizziness, JustWondering. It seems the writers would get a clue, when a long-term storyline gets this predictable! The Sami-EJ-Lucas triangle is like a broken record in a rut, lol. Boring!

BrandyRoseParticipantparagraph, 53Tdogs! Yes, Sami does need to "stand and count on" herself. That sums it up.
I don’t think she even knows right from wrong. She seems to blame everything on Marlena.
Sami may be right about Marlena. However, I, for instace, grew up without a mother, too; but I rose above it and did a great job of raising myself. A person like Sami could do the same thing, which is to take responsibility for their own life.

BrandyRoseParticipantvibes Michael Phelps’ way! It would be nice to see him win his last Olympics. I don’t think there will be any problem. Go Michael!

BrandyRoseParticipantLynnkaren; I feel exactly the same way about Nicole’s character.

July 18, 2012 at 10:59 pm in reply to: Jason47’s Summer in Salem Sneak Peeks: Check back daily for updates #34376BrandyRoseParticipantBrady. I think the reason he is in Tunnel #2 with Chad is because he caught wind of Melanie’s kidnapping. I don’t think Brady could live with himself if he was getting married while Melanie was in such grave danger, since those two were really great friends from the start.

BrandyRoseParticipantbut you are right. LOL

BrandyRoseParticipantthat part about EJ taking the gloves out to the trash. Thanks, lol.
I am sick, also, of Stefano’s cloning people. That’s what bugs me most about the character.
You have a good point about Ian.

BrandyRoseParticipantthat, too, Lynnekaren. I hope she gets to have a healthy baby, and this time gets to be a mommy for real. She deserves a break.

BrandyRoseParticipantso I read somewhere. Don’t take my word for it, but I understand that Stefano will be back. (DRAT!!!!!)
The way I see it, nobody killed Stefano. Maybe he had to go to Europe to investigate some things regarding Alice’s clues or something. He didn’t want to be tracked, so what if Stefano had created a double? You know how Stefano loves to create Frankensteins. What if he shot one of his disloyal servants and made them into a double of himself, ensuring that the bullet showed up in the body, thereby deceiving the police and coroner? Maybe it was Stefano who planted EJ’s gloves in the trash can, to frame him, after EJ shot bullets into the wall — or maybe not. Oh my word, the macabre world of DOOL is rubbing off on me! By the way, where is the DiMera Mansion servant these days?
I know, stupid guess.

BrandyRoseParticipantI have so much DISrespect for Marlena, so this thread cheered me up, lol!

BrandyRoseParticipantisn’t really bad, now that you broke it down, Bonbon. Good points! It’s also good to see someone stick up for Nicole.
Casey, good point, too, about Nicole and Rafe! I was thinking, during today’s show, that Nicole and Rafe seem to have very good chemistry.
I don’t know which one Nicole should be with; but if I were to vote, I would have to go with Rafe. I think they connect beautifully, with such ease.
About Nicole – – I like the character a lot. I have never viewed her as bad. I hope they don’t turn her into a bona fide villain. That would be crushing. I see Nicole as an intelligent, warm "accidental catastrophe," lol. I think she has a very good heart, but when backed into a corner, she can be quite desperate. So, at those times, look out Salem! Go, Nicole!
