caseyParticipant
like Randy and Simon like to point out, then it was the wrong decision. I still think Casey will be gone next week.
caseyParticipantRuben Studdard didn’t look the part either. BTW, what ever happened to him? I’ve heard of all the others – even Taylor is/was on Broadway – but not Rube?

caseyParticipantMuch less being “in love” with her. She’s as interesting as a snail (make that LESS) and better suited to Night of the Living Dead (check that too – even those zombies had more zip to them!). She serves no purpose for me whatsoever.
caseyParticipantwith none of the goofy charm I used to see in Calliope. If I were viewing her for the first time I’d think what was so great about this character!

Since I doubt Days will have Mags and Vic jump into bed (or would they??) I’m hoping to see some interesting viewing of this developing pair.
However, what will happen with Vic and Viv and the impending nuptials?caseyParticipantAnd how some contestants were initially chosen over others. Kara, if you recall was often unprofessional and downright silly during the auditions, telling Casey to take his shirt off, among other embarrassing behaviors. It was never right from the beginning and very few impressed me.
I agree Crystal is refreshing and talented enough to sell records. And I do think Aaron might have a niche in country music and Lee may have a chance, but do any of these people have the stuff for a longterm career? Are any of these a Kelly Clarkson?caseyParticipantWhen you don’t develop a romance – and just where has any romance been on this show for ages – it doesn’t matter who you pair with who. It’s all a vapid blur to me and I wish they’d kick Steph off the show.
caseyParticipantHe was good but not fantastic. I don’t even think Lee knocked it out of the park. A tribute to just how good ol’ blue eyes was!
The question comes – is Crystal the same lock on winning as she was a few weeks back?caseyParticipantKudos to him after taking the prior criticism and working his way to a perfect score with that tango. What a joy to watch.
People may be interested in Kate’s life but as a dancer she is most definitely not.caseyParticipantleaves me shaking my head. How is Steph a child of Kayla and Patch? What a manipulative little *itch she is. Come on – tossing birth control pills to get her man – what are we – back in the past century? This is nauseating.
And Chloe – she is sinking into caricature territory with that paranoid psycho routine.
Why can’t we see some strong women whose lives revolve around something other than this nonsense.caseyParticipantthat’s poor planning. No payoff at all.
May 2, 2010 at 12:46 pm in reply to: What do we think is the connection between Chad’s mom and Kate? (eom) #12633caseyParticipantI cannot imagine she knowingly is Chad’s mother and gave no hint of it all these years. Now if somehow she was made to give up the child at birth and didn’t know what came of it, then I could see. But as Kate apparently knows this secret between her and Madeline, I doubt Kate is Chad’s biomom. But I do still think he could well be a Dimera, especially with Tony dead and Stef could add another son to his empire.
caseyParticipantWhy do you think Mike continues to hit the bottom? I personally think his ballads are a bit “old fashioned” to attract the big block of young voters. Nice voice for sure, but maybe not fresh enough??
