Oh, I had a nice little chuckle during those scenes! I wonder if the actors were sore after all that rolling around! LOL
I don’t think that happened. Brady’s speech made him realize that Philip would be safer there, but he was still very reluctant about it. Shockingly, he was nicer to Chloe than he was to Philip! He said (through gritted teeth) “I hope you’ll be comfortable here”. To Philip, barely a word.
Ugh I can’t stand them! I used to love them, until they made Carrie fall for Rafe. Absolutely hated that pairing. Thumbs down.
Aiden told Hope that he was switched after they got engaged. So the blood match proves to Hope that he was lying, and he WAS with her right up until their wedding.
I actually thought the ceremony was very emotional and heartfelt! I loved their vows and I was tearing up as Julie read the excerpt from Jack’s book. I would have liked the wedding to have more guests and I always prefer the St. Luke’s weddings, but I didn’t think the actual ceremony itself lacked emotion.
I did wish they would have shown someone holding Thomas at some point! He should have been there.
I have absolutely zero interest in this storyline. Every time their scenes came on, I reached for my phone. I NEVER FF Days… but I was very tempted yesterday! It just bores me to tears, and there is no connection for me. Like you said, it has dragged on for way too long and the story has changed too many times. Can we please move on??
I also wholeheartedly agree about Eduardo. He is boring, emotionless and cold. Are we supposed to root for him? The man has never once smiled or showed any sort of feeling.
The only thing that bothered me was that Bo’s funeral was not given nearly the same level of detail and he was on the show wayyyy longer than Daniel. That being said, what a tearjerker yesterdays’ episode was! Maybe because I have a son Parker’s age, but every time he was on, I lost it! I thought everyone did a great job of making their grief look genuine.
I thought Roman was out of line for suggesting that everyone would welcome Eric at the memorial and that they’d want him there. It’s too soon. Yes, Eric is a good person who made a horrific mistake and Daniel was his good friend, but he needs to give people time. He is the reason they are all grieving and right now he’s the last person they want to see. I’m sure in time he will be forgiven, but for pete’s sake they just buried the man! He should not be showing up at Nicole’s door!
Make sure your children are ok first!! Grieve with your family for a few days (or at least ONE!) then you can go off and find Bo’s captor. I understood her wanting to be alone and locking herself in her room, but Shawn and Ciara should be her first priority. She knows they will be devastated, esp Ciara. They need her. Her sudden need to go after someone was very out of character.
Now this is an interesting theory! While I would be sad to see the character go, I definitely would not be sad to see Guy Wilson go! I have not liked Will one bit since he took over the role. And you’re right, it would be a believable way for Gabi to leave town. Now that Sonny is gone, what’s next for Will anyway? Other than the Paul drama, which hopefully is dead and gone, he has no storyline.
So Eve was notified, and we know Chad knows, along with the rest of the police dept, (plus Aiden and Justin) but not Theresa? And I’m wondering if we will see Jennifer/Abigail being told as well, or will they already know by the time they are on screen next? Very anti-climactic if you ask me! I want to see their reactions… Daniel’s and Kayla’s too, since they were mentoring her at the hospital.
I’m not sure why people can’t separate the actor from the character. How can anyone not want Bo back?? This is a couple with a 30+ year history and despite Hope thinking he abandoned her, you can clearly see whenever she talks about him that she hasn’t stopped loving him. Aiden was ok, and a good way to have her move on, but he was never going to be "it" for Hope. Whether it was Peter or a dreaded recast, Bo & Hope were always going to be the end game. I, for one, can’t wait for him to be back!!
