DeeLanParticipant
……………..he was separated from Sidney. Even though he knew where she was he had to keep his distance from her or risk someone finding out his part.
DeeLanParticipantSorry, deleted this post. Realized this was the main board and no spoilers.
It wasn’t a spoiler exactly just the link to Days Cafe where tomorrow’s episode is and you’ll have your answer to this question.
DeeLanParticipantDon’t know if it’s true but I’d heard that blondes actually go grey before than darker hair color but it’s hard to notice because it blends in at first. With that said I know someone with medium brown hair that was going grey in her 20’s. Started with a patch of grey in the front then over the years it covered her entire head. She did nothing to cover it up.
January 6, 2010 at 11:14 pm in reply to: Ramifications of a Death Poss $$$ and a lot of speculation. #9266DeeLanParticipantWhat I forgot to put in my initial post is, even though Melanie will want to be there for Maggie since she’s the closest thing to a mother she’s had I see her using this as a way to postpone the wedding. You can tell she doesn’t really want to go through with it and I’m sure she’d like a lengthy engagement but Phillip is rushing things which I don’t understand except he feels threatened by Nathan.
DeeLanParticipantTheir "attraction" happened when Victor was presumed dead and Chloe’s mother, Nancy told Brady that Chloe had died in a car crash. Chloe had been scarred and didn’t want Brady’s pity or him to see her like that so she made it seem like she died. Brady had stepped up in Titan and was living at the mansion with Nicole and was there to console him while trying to win him over for herself. That was when Nicole found out Chloe wasn’t dead and posed as a surgical nurse infecting Chloe with the flesh eating virus to keep her out of Brady’s life forever.
I’m just surprised that both Brady and Chloe have forgiven Nicole for what she did to them.
DeeLanParticipantYeah like Bill, Laura, Mike, Marie. Is Tommy still alive, haven’t heard anything about him in an long time.
January 4, 2010 at 12:46 pm in reply to: In your opinion, which was the worst story line ever in the history of “Days”? #9170DeeLanParticipantThe best part of the tooth implant was Vivian and Ivan skydiving.
DeeLanParticipantWondering how many teachers wanted to do the same?
DeeLanParticipantDon was married to Marlena, not Doug. Don Craig was the one with the daughter, I think her name was Donna who was wild.
DeeLanParticipantI don’t think that was Don Craig’s niece, it was his daughter from a previous marriage.
I loved the story if Doug, Robert and I think her name was Rebecca, Doug’s housekeeper or nanny for Hope. I ofter wonder what happened to little Dougie and if Doug ever found out that was his son.
January 2, 2010 at 1:21 am in reply to: I liked the Maggie and Mickey flashback today (spoiler inside) #9092DeeLanParticipantMaggie wasn’t blind. She couldn’t walk and used crutches. She pretty much ran the farm with he help of a farmhand. Mickey thought she should see a doctor to see if they could do anything to help her walk again. Bill Horton operated on her and she discovered that Mickey had another wife, Laura. Thinking that Mickey would stay with her if she needed him due to not being able to walk she acted like the operation didn’t work. After Bill told Mickey there was no reason she shouldn’t be walking Mickey brought her the red dancing shoes and told her when she was able to walk he was taking her dancing. That was her assurance he’d stay by her side.
As to why she couldn’t walk I seem to remember her parents being killed in an auto accident and she might have been with them but I’m not positive on this one.
DeeLanParticipantJohn and Marlena got re-married when John was in the hospital the day or day before they left the show.
Chloe and Lucas were only engaged last Christmas
Didn’t Nicole and EJ get married AFTER Sydney was born. Sami was pregnant and in the safehouse last Christmas because Rafe went to find the laughing penguin and he decorated a tree for her so Sydney wasn’t born until after that, not too much before Sami got out of the safehouse.
Didn’t Bo and Hope renew their vows? Would that count.
DeeLanParticipantMy mom watched from the beginning. It was Days and As the World Turns. I started watching with her when Mickey and Laura were still married. Marie wasn’t a nun and at that time Addie was gone and Jilie was being raised by Gram and Grandpa.
There were no Brady’s or DiMera’s. The scandle was Bill raped Laura and Mike didn’t belong to Mickey only nobody knew except Bill, Laura and Tom and the viewers. Things like that were mentioned then sat on the back burner to be resolved years later but they weren’t the focus of every episode for months.
Those were the "good ol’ Days"
DeeLanParticipantI agree. Hope’s a cop and Bo’s wife. They should have both trusted her with the "secret" and that would have aleviated any problems that are going on now.
DeeLanParticipantOh, well, I suppose a person can only take rejection for so long before he or she begins to give up too. I hate that this is happening to them. Fix this mess you’ve made, writers.
Totally agree. Whenever Hope gets on her high horse it’s always Bo trying to fight to get her back. In the past he’s bent over backwards trying to do the right thing only to be an airhead and get caught in an innocent situation that looks guilty. This time he was caught red handed and there was no innocence about it BUT how many times has she pushed him away? I see Bo now having an equal part in their destruction but I’m sorry Hope has pushed him to that end by pushing him away and always raising the bar for him to try to jump over.
