Maybe he’ll testify how distraught she was and sort of had a break down. They’ll sentence her to inpatient psychiatric evaluation someplace.
I don’t remember when it was but Soapnet had the very first episode of Days on a few years ago. I remember Julie was a teen and she was caught shoplifting.
Right. Susan and Julie were after the same man and Susan hired Doug to romance Julie. They had an on again/off again affair for years and during one of their off times for some reason he married Addie which caused a wedge between Julie and Addie. The thing was Doug really came to love Addie before she died.
Julie and Doug were the typical soap couple back then, so many obsticles in the way of them getting together and having their happyily ever after. Most of the time it was their own stubbornes that kept them apart like the time a stove exploded in Julie’s face and she was burned and scarred. She felt she wasn’t good enough for Doug so she kept him away. You knew it was a misunderstanding and she really wanted him but it took like forever for them to finally get together and when they did, WOW. One of the greatest romances and best couples in daytime.
Addie had 2 children by her first husband, last name Olson. Julie and I think his name was Steven. When Julie was grown Addie married Doug and had Hope.
When Addie was pregnant with Hope she found out she had Leukemia. She refused treatment to save her baby and after Hope was born Addie was hit by a car while pushing Hope’s stroller across the street.
I started watching in the 60’s with my mom who watched since day 1. I remember her telling me Addie and Tommy were twins and I think they were the oldest. Then came Mickey, Bill and Marie who was the youngest.
We all know Salem has that magic water that ages some kids overnight and when you reach a certain age you stay there. Women in their 60’s are getting pregnant and have babies the same age as their great grandchildren.
I don’t think Sami’s going anywere. She’s been in front burner stories for a few years and I don’t see that stopping anytime soon.
I’m thinking Melanie wants each of them for different reasons and has different emotions.
Phillip – He’s rich, exciting and everything she’s always wanted in a guy. He’s a bad boy in his own way and comes from a family as disfunctional if not more so than the one she grew up with. Even though Victor looks down his nose at her she feels she fits in.
Nathan – He’s stable, comes from a good family and has Maggie for a grandma. Everything she’s always missed and whether she knows it or not it’s what she’s always needed. She doesn’t feel she deserves Nathan, that she can’t measure up and she’ll be an embarassment to him and his family
I can see her having a stronger relationship with Nathan once she gets over her insecurities and lets herself be loved like she should be.
That’s funny. Don’s the same way. He’ll make comments constantly when I watch it but he knows the characters by name, especially Sami. He’s always commenting on her and her ranting, screaming and crying. Of course he thought John was a hoot when he was living at the DiMera mansion and didn’t know who anybody was.
My husband makes a comment every time he sees her that she looks like a guy. He’s talking about her angular features, especially around the jaw line. He doesn’t think she’s pretty at all, I remember her from the old days when her face was rounder and she was really cute.
I do know she had muscular upper arms the last time I saw her in a sleeveless top so I’m guessing she’s really health conscious and works out.
I just watched the movie with Shawn Christian on LMN where he’s an FBI agent. It’s called Undercover Christmas with Jamie Gertz as the girl he’s protecting and Tyne Daley is his mother.
Right. When Max and Frankie first came to Salem they were on the streets and Frankie told everyone Max was his brother. That’s when the Brady’s adopted both of them. It was later after the adoption that Trent came to Salem and it was discovered he was Max’s father and Frankie and Max weren’t really brothers. When Frankie came back to Salem the second time Carly was already in Salem and it was revealed he was Carly’s brother.
