I thought it had to do with the way Brady is now. Marlena and John have been out of the country but not out of touch with their friends and families so Brady and his taking over of Titan and how he handled that added to his attack on EJ and his drinking and I’m sure John has let him know he’s not happy with him. I can see Brady pulling back and being on the defensive or maybe offensive with his father.
Since John’s legal team quit and there was the comment that it didn’t seem right, like someone was pulling the strings, maybe the legal team had something to do with the embezzlement. They’ve been with him for a while and if his mind and focus wasnt’ on business they could have been doing this for the last couple of years.
I saw previews of it last night while we were watching Greys Anatomy. Since we DVR’s it we didn’t stay on the commercials long enough for me to catch when it’s going to be on.
Just checked. Greys Anatomy is on ABC but they had ads for Grimm which is on NBC starting October 28th.
I think EJ’s happy because he can use this to his advantage by making Abe defend his friend in public and getting the citizens of Salem against him. Kate, since she was one of the higher up’s at Basic Black when John first started the company, I wouldn’t put it past her to have somehow gotten her hands on some money. She was looking for investors or someone to back up her revival of CW and who knows what she did before EJ and Stefano finally said yes.
Agree about the legal team but I took it as the entire team quit, not just the individual ones handling his case. As far as Carrie, she’s a defense attorney but we have no idea how long she’s been working (could have taken those accellerated speed courses like the medical schools everyone seems to go to) or where they’ve been living. We just assumed they were still in Switzerland but yesterday Austin was talking about all the places they’ve been since leaving Salem. Also with all that they’ve done BEFORE they both went back to school and only being married and gone 5 years when did Carrie have time to go to law school or was it a coorespondence course?
I know nit picky but at least they didn’t leave last month or last year and come back with these high profile jobs.
I think when Jack left in the past Abby was younger and just wanted daddy home. This time she was older and the effects of him leaving so many times are coming to light and she’s hurt by his selfish actions.
As far as Jen I hope she doesn’t just look at the fact that he was held against his will and always loved her but remembers all the times his lies and secrecies have caused him to hurt her in the past. He left when Abby was little and she was sick because he couldn’t deal with it. His leaving and them thinking he was dead the last time he came back wasn’t his fault since the DiMera’s were behind it all and kept him held captive but his antics and just jumping before he thinks things through are usually the cause of his problems.
I thought Hope said she kept it a secret from Tom so it seems this was going on before she wsas living alone.
I’d read that Savannah Wilder (Shannon Tweed, Mrs. Gene Simmons), Maggie, Mickey, Victor and Dan are names rumored to be connected to the Alice letters.
I could see Maggie, Mickey and Victor since they lived in Salem and Alice knew them. Well, she also knew Savannah since she was involved with Roman as well as Dan but they weren’t as close to her as the rest. Hopefully this will be a mystery that will keep us all in suspense until it’s revealed and not something we have the answers to and have to suffer through while the rest of Salem comes to their senses.
I’m thinking it might be Joe’s decision to work less. He is getting older and I’m sure a bit tired of the daily work hours.
Wasn’t Kate involved with Basic Black at one time. I’m thinking this leads back to Kate and/or Stefano in some way.
There are certain looks I love on other people but don’t feel comfortable wearing myself. One is large earrings.
I had Dilaudid in the PCA pump and was getting it every 15 minutes though not sure how much at a time. It worked great for 5-10 minutes and I was pushing the button again. When they took me off the pump they went with the Hydrocodone and I would only take 1/2 and not more than a full one in 24 hours so not much relief there. When I went to the ICU they gave me the Dilaudid via IV and it had a strange effect with seeing double and an out of body feeling but pain was gone. Giving it IM got rid of pain but no visual or head effects. It was when I got it too close to the Hydrocodone that I had a problem with it.
