I don’t think Abe cheated on Lexi with Faye. Lexi is a lot younger than Abe and if I remember correctly it was insinuated that the affair happened before Lexi.
I also don’t remember there being an affair with Lexi and Brandon. There was a lot of chemistry and I think they were on the verge but nothing ever came of it.
On the flip side I could see Kate using Quinn to get Chloe into prostitution to keep her from getting visitation and possibly joint or sole custody of Parker.
Troy attacked Melanie in her apartment and Dario came in and pulled him off. They fought and was knocked unconscious. I think that’s what put him in the hospital.
Don did read that Hugh Laurie said next season will probably be the last one. Nothing definite but just talk right now.

It’s been pretty much forgotten already. Yeah, they still mention it when he’s on but he progressed a bit too much in such a short amount of time.
Ari never knew who was behind the drug ring since her cover was exposed before she found out. Troy went to prison for the drugs and when he got out he wanted revenga and went after Ari. EJ was just as upset as anyone about Ari’s death as she was on her way to him with the video of Sami confessing to shooting him in the head.
How long ago was it that Sami was essentially raped by R2? I remember hearing that one of the writers was let go after it happened, could Higey’s firing have anything to do with that also.
Yeah, her body language and facial expression said it all. Usually the looser congratulates the winner but it took a while and I think Lauren made the first move to Haley.
I’ve wanted Scotty and James or Scotty and Lauren in the finale but last night I was thinking Haley wouldn’t be too much of a disappointment for me. Well, tonight she ruined my opinion of her.

(SoapOperaNetwork.com) — "Days of our Lives" Executive Producer Ken Corday has just released an official statement confirming our earlier reports that Dena Higley is out as Head Writer and Marlene Clark Poulter (aka: Marlene McPherson) and Darrell Ray Thomas, Jr. are in as Co-Head Writers. According to Corday the change in writing regimes is "effective immediately."
"McPherson and Thomas will bring ‘Days of our Lives’ back to its core values by telling exciting stories with a fresh and contemporary approach including beloved characters," Corday said.
"Days of our Lives" tapes approximately two months in advance, so any writing changes will not hit the screen until late summer/early Fall.

Marlene Clark Poulter and Darrell Ray Thomas have been named the new headwriters of Days of our Lives. Marlene worked with me on the show in the 80s and she was always one of the most talented writers I’ve worked with. Congratulations to them both and show them your support!
Yeah, I read that earlier and wondered if it might be close to a storyline a few had speculated or joked about that he was being held captive someplace and it’s not really him writing the blog posts. The thought the DiMera’s might be messing around with the Hortons and Jack again since I know there’s no love loss between him and Stefano. Also he is Steve’s brother and we all know Stefano hates Steve Johnson. No matter what the story is it’s going to be a repeat of the past.
