I’m very lucky. My husband likes full figured women and thinks Delta Burke is beautiful just the way she is. Of course he likes to look at the thinner actresses and thinks Sandra Bullock is "cute as a bug on in rug" but he’s attracted to someone with a little meat on his bones.
I’m 5’2" and overweight. Even though we talk about me loosing weight for health reasons he always said he doesn’t want me to go overboard but to maintain my curves.
I agree he hates Rafe because he took Sami but I think it also has to do with Johnny. Johnny idolizes Rafe and wants to be an FBI man like Rafe. He wears that jacket and hat and that just gets under Rafe’s skin. Rafe is the total opposite of what he is and it really bugs him.
Totally agree. I keep thinking about Karen Carpenter. She was told by some record big shot that she was overweight or she needed to lose weight and she became anorexic trying to get there. That mindset eventually killed her. Tracey Gold from Growing Pains was told by a director or producer that she needed to lose weight and she tried so hard and became anorexic. She got so bad they had to write her out of a season or two for health reasons. If people would only stop to think about what certain comments can do to a person.
From what I read she thinks it’s because Lucas is concerned that Alli is feeling neglected and left out because of the attention Johnny’s getting due to the cancer.
Even if they couldn’t get the actors they could at least mention they are there and have them in another room like they did with Mickey for so many years
I read on Days Cafe today that Stefano wants to kill Rafe but EJ is against it. Seems like EJ is all for R2 turing the kids against Rafe and Sami and even alienating Sami but not against taking someone else away from her again.
I agree there are fewer fans that like the sci-fi stories but I’m sure complaining on message boards doesn’t have the same impact as the phone calls, emails and letters they probably got after the rough sex between Sami and Rafe. If we’re talking on the message boards whether we’re happy or disgusted with SL’s they know we’re still watching and talking.
I think there are some fans out there that like those far out storylines. Look at the success of Passions when it was on. This latest storyline though with R2 and his treatment of Sami I’m sure has all the fans in an uproar and that’s why they’re listening to the fans this time.
I don’t think they realized it was a mistake until it aired and the viewers started complaining. If nobody complained everything would be status quo.

Something about her bugs me and don’t know what but I think it’s that her sweetness seems fake with the way she’s constantly smiling. Even when you know something upst her she’s smiling, that and the soft, sweet voice. It’s not the actresses fault but some quirks bother some people more than others. Take EJ’s blinking, I hardly noticed it until I read people’s comments and started looking for it. Stefano’s rolling R’s get on my nerves at times and I think Joe is a great actor. I’ve seen him in movies and hardly recognized him by his voice.
Just because it was her idea to have 2 Rafes she might not have been the one to write R2 the way he’s being written.
Right. I mentioned that in an earlier post on this thread. I was talking here about SW’s post that the scar could have been noticed when Doc Ben was still at the hospital and Stefano was questioning him on whether there were any marks on Rafe.
R2 said it was smart to put that scar on him but my question was, if it was added to R2 AFTER Rafe had the accident then the scar would still be fresh and not 2 years old and Sami would have noticed the change in it.
Sounds like it’s most likely Phillip since most of the characters on there are original or the first replacement.
I was thinking Taylor since she’s being replaced by Tamara Braun but Tamara wasn’t a replacement for anyone since the role she played was an original and not Taylor. Stephanie is the first replacement unless you count infant Stephani as original and the redhead as the first replacement. Bo did have a replacement in Robert Kelker Kelly but I don’t see Peter going anywhere. There’s oly been one Stefano, EJ, Lexie, Dan, Victor, Nicole and Brady is the only replacement for the original ADULT Brady. Maggie, Chloe, Melanie are originals. Kate is the first replacement in that role. So the logical one would be Phillip.
