I think there are too many storylines being juggled right now and none of them are getting the attention they deserve.

The Sonny/Will story in Salem has reached a natural ending, for now. No point in dragging it out. Best to let them both go to New Zealand, especially if both actors aren’t available full time. There are current/new storylines that need developing and/or taken off the back burner.

I was also working in the 1980s before technology gave us other viewing options.
    Thanks for the info mommytutu.

Can someone give me a short history of Megan. When was she on Days, back in the 1980s or 1990s?

What happened on Alec Baldwin’s movie set was a rare occurrence and it was a real life occurrence.

Tinker acting on Fire Country is a job for him and unrelated to the Baldwin movie set. Also, Tinker’s characters being killed off on two shows is just how it goes. Perhaps these shows were career moves for him.

I’m glad Sonny is supposed to move to New Zealand with Will rather than leaving him in Salem and repeating the same old storylines with Leo or cheating.

I agree, they haven’t focused much on Alex actually running Titan. However, since Phillip has been mentioned a few times now, I wouldn’t be surprised if he shows up
to become CEO. Plus, they’ll eventually need to deal with Victor since John Aniston’s death.

With all the serious storylines, a little humor goes a long way.

I read some speculation on a spoiler/rumor board that it’s not Kate’s ashes in that urn that Roman has been carrying around. Someone else was cremated by mistake. So that means Kate’s body is still intact. Another theory is that Marlena comes back to life at her funeral.
Since this is sweeps month, I imagine that we’ll have to wait until end of Feb or into March to see how this plays out.

Did anyone catch the lawyer joke? When Marlena asked Susan for a lawyer to review her contract before she signed it, Susan said they don’t get too many lawyers here (meaning heaven).

Characters come with back stories that happened years ago that we don’t see. We didn’t see Chanel in college or meet Sloan’s parents. We don’t have to. The story was brought out by the existing characters of Chanel and Sloan. Think about all the grown children who show up as the daughter or son of an existing character like Lani (Abe), Stefan (Stefano) and even Chad (Stefano). The back stories of the characters can make for good storytelling. (Better than repeating the same storylines like this devil nonsense)

I wonder how this Sloan story is going to end. Will she bankrupt Paulina or will she see the true story of what happened and drop the lawsuit. I was hoping Eric would talk some sense into her but after he stood up for her to his Dad I doubt that will happen.

Allie was out of control talking to Chanel and Johnny about the hug. I’m ready for her to leave – she’s obnoxious.

Right now it looks like Kristen might be charged and convicted of some sort of murder charge and sent to prison for the deaths of Kate, Kayla and Marlena.

Then when the three come back to the living, as the spoilers say will happen, then Kristen is released from prison. Ugh! She’ll get away with her schemes yet again.

I don’t recall Kristen saying she moved the orchid. She showed Brady the hiding place for the orchard in a cabinet in the DiMera secret room and it was gone. She swore she didn’t know where the orchid was. I believe Kristen didn’t know where it was or who took it or she would have produced it once the women started dying.
So, where is the orchid? Will we ever find out or will this be a loose end that doesn’t get tied up. Perhaps Orpheus has it or it will tie in with the upcoming devil storyline. (I’m not looking forward to another devil storyline).

As far as Victor is concerned I hope Days incorporates his death in the not too distant future and has a proper sendoff for him.

Hopefully in today’s episode he saw how crazy she is as they whisk her off to Bayview. But, is Ava faking it? They keep showing her seeing Charlie in the hospital so I think she isn’t faking it.

Are spoilers saying Sonny and Leo are going to have an affair? I haven’t seen any.

Will is a character on Days as are his grandmothers. What the real life actor does in his personal life and career doesn’t impact Will putting his grandmothers first. The Days writers are going to figure it out based on what’s needed for the DOOL story and the real life actor’s schedule.

I also think Susan is alive. Interesting-could be she thinks she’s her sister the nun. Usually after some major accident Days will have a character loose their memory for a period of time. I wonder if Ava thinks Susan is dead or knows she’s not.
