I don’t think Li is dead. Dr Rolf is trying to save him. My concern when this came up before in previous discussions was how they could let Wendy and Li’s parents go
thru this awful grieving. However, perhaps Dr Rolf isn’t sure he can save Li and therefore let everyone think he was dead and the Shin’s grieve. If he can save him, then good news for the Shin family.
If Li isn’t dead, then EJ is probably involved in saving him. Or, maybe Kristen is involved.

Billions and billions of viewers? The U.S. population estimate is about 336 million people. The world population estimate is about 8 billion people. So your source is saying that a big chunk of the people around the world are going to watch Days? In 2022 it’s estimated that Days had about 1.7 million viewers.

The credibility of what you read is severely lacking.

The real DNA results are locked in the DiMera safe. Remember when Nicole lost the original of the genetic testing results and brought home a copy, EJ wrote on the envelope that was sitting on the desk. Nicole stopped him and told him that that was a copy of their genetic testing results. They both left the room and Sloan sneaks in to switch the results, but the envelope with the writing she left on the desk. EJ and Nicole come in later and put the envelope in the DiMera safe. I wonder if the writers will ignore this incident or use it to prove Eric is the father.

The whole baby storyline is to bring Nicole and Eric back together with both being the biological parents of Jude.

Eric is the father, not EJ.

Zodiacpisces, why do you have to argue and take exception with most of the posts by others on this board. Honestly the tone of many of your responses is rude. Read the posts carefully and understand them in the spirit of which they have been made. People post here to share information and discuss Days, not to constantly challenge posts made by others.
For example, my post above about Nicole and Sloan having the same motivation for covering up their baby antics is simply about motivation. It has nothing to do with the details of how each story played out. It was a simple comment about recycled storylines.
Also, you took issue with my Seinfeld reference. If you never watched Seinfeld you wouldn’t understand it. If you did watch it, hopefully you got the humor in it. Finally, some people find it interesting to see the previous roles current actors had years ago. Hence, the Dr Rolf, William Utay observation.

If anyone watched Seinfeld, you probably remember Elaine’s yadayadayada expression. Well, Days just went yadayadayada with Gabi’s murder conviction.

I watched a Seinfeld rerun this week and William Utay, Dr Rolf, had a small part. He actually played a medical doctor.

I’m so looking forward to the scenes where Eric finds out he’s Jude’s father, Nicole has it out with Sloan, Xander finds out he’s Victor’s son, Alex finds out he’s not, and Teresa and Constantine get caught. So glad we’re rid of the scab writers as of today.

Another recycled story was when years ago Nicole miscarried and she didn’t tell EJ for fear of losing him. Sloan’s motivation for not telling Eric the truth about Jude was the same – fear of losing Eric.

I go back to my original post:the Bobby/Everett storyline is getting interesting and I hope they keep it moving along.

Gabi didn’t kill Li. I’m also not sure he’s dead. After all, this is Days where people have a way of not staying “dead”. The point that bothers me though, is if this is a Li and Dr Rolfe scheme, it’s awful that Li put his parents and Wendi through so much pain. Maybe EJ was in on it also to keep Gabi and Stefan from taking over DiMera.
I just hope this story is wrapped up very soon with a reasonable ending and not another one where the temporary writers wrote themselves into a corner again.

I also heard there is a Horton and Everett/Bobby connection. It may be something we’ll learn more about when Julie opens the mysterious box found in the H house.

Days was just pushing the “convicted” angle to move their convoluted Clyde/Stefan/Ava drug story along. It’s almost as if they wrote themselves into a corner by having her sit in jail for so long without due process that they decided to just start saying she was convicted. This is pathetic storytelling. CB leaving is not an excuse.

It’s a nice way for actors to leave the show and still come back for the occasional appearance.

They will need to address Tony’s absence no matter if he left on his own, which he did, or was let go. When they do it could be well into the future since he and Anna travel a lot and aren’t on the show that much anyway.

The announcement I read was from TP who said he was leaving Days and soaps altogether to try different things. He wants to write a cookbook among other pursuits. I didn’t see anything about him being let go. Did you read that somewhere?
