DPParticipant
You just reminded me – how many (female) characters have been told this so far, and then got pregnant?
– Nicole
– Chloe
I’m sure I’m leaving off quite a few. It seems they’re always finding a reason why someone can’t have kids and then a miracle occurs. And then there are others who multiply nonstop: Kate has four children, Sami has four children and don’t even get me started on Stefano!
DPParticipantMy 88 year old father has one and never puts it down! (We got it for him for Fathers Day one year ago). The biggest advantage to him is that, as you said, he can adjust the font size so therefore he’s no limited to books that come in large font. My sister and sister-in-law (both 51 yrs old) have had them for a couple of years – and also swear by them.
One thing you can try – Amazon.com has FREE Kindle software you can download to your computer (Mac or PC) and a link to websites that offer FREE books to download (mostly classics). You can try it on your computer and then see if you actually like the experience. While it won’t be the same as carrying the Kindle, it’ll give you a chance to experience reading a book on the screen.
I downloaded the software and one book to my laptop to test it, but haven’t started it yet (as I’m finishing a book now that’s almost due back to the library).
DPParticipantand is it free? I’ve downloaded some episodes on iTunes but had to pay for it.

DPParticipantJenn, you have brought so many of us together as friends/family, and we so appreciate it. Hope you had a great day!
DPParticipantAccording to what I read today, he was fired. And Alison Sweeney was pretty upset about it and even went public with her feelings:

DPParticipantI wasn’t clear in my question. I kind of knew why Hope wasn’t at home, but I didn’t understand why she would ever go to Victor’s. Why not a family member on her side of the family? Same with my question on Vivian, why would Victor ever take her in? How’d she convince him to let her into his house?
Dr Dan and Carly talked after Justin tried to convince Dan to blackball Carly’s application to University Hospital. They said they know each other a long time, and in fact, Carly introduced Dan to his (now dead) wife Rebecca. So that made me wonder whether either of them knew that they had Victor in common?
DPParticipantWhile the new format is more typical of other message boards, I’m still getting used to it. But, I’m happy to be here and happy to "meet" so many new posters!
Thanks Jenn for making this all possible.
