Trying to get EJ to lie some more, which he did, and show Sami he hasn’t changed at all. I think he really wanted EJ’s foot to be all the way down his throat before he delivered the goods. I thought it was slow when it started at the beginning of the week and I knew it wasn’t happening until Thursday, but I think it’s been written well.
I love your take on it. I hope that’s where it goes. It will eventually come out about the affair and question of paternity and Daniel will leave Chloe then of course. But I like the road to get there a lot better.
I can’t imagine Carly, Daniel or Melanie would change those results. Melanie would blow the secret sky high if she knew! The only way I could see Daniel keeping the secret is perhaps to protect Melanie? But I don’t think he would do that. Carly as a doctor has to know Daniel is going to figure it out when Daniel looks at blood types and future medical issues with the child.
Does EJ know for sure that Nicole set up Arianna? I knew he had suspicions, but I never saw him get any evidence.
I agree the nurse that told Melanie about the procedure should lose her job, but Melanie shouldn’t. She isn’t working there or have any ethical/professional ties to the situation, IMO.
Nothing wrong or immoral about having anger, but it’s what you do with it. And to everyone who knows Hope it’s obvious the pills took away her power to choose how to handle her anger. Seems like a walk in the park for any decent defense lawyer.
If the baby isn’t Daniel’s, it will just show that it doesn’t match, right? Carly doesn’t have Philip’s DNA sample and doesn’t know he’s the one Chloe cheated with? So I’m guessing Steph will see it’s not a match and change that it is. But we as viewers probably won’t know for months who’s really the daddy. Not until the writers decide themselves which outcome will make their job easier, anyway. LOL
I don’t see how any jury would convict her and send her to jail, when it’s obvious to anyone that knows her that is not her personality. So…take the pills away and it takes care of the problem. I know they have to ramp up the drama, but I would think any DA with a brain wouldn’t waste his time or the taxpayers money to prosecute to send her to jail! I think it will be more of her dealing with her guilt and Arianna realizing Hope helped set her up (even though she didn’t know it).
And of course Bo & Carly untangling the mess they made.
I think there’s a major difference between EJ & Stefano, though. Sometimes they portray the same qualities, but I never can remember Stefano being sorry for something evil he’s done. EJ has said before he’s sorry for all the things he’s done to the Bradys and to Sami. I just think this world could use a little more forgiveness rather than revenge!
