Maggie would never be "the other woman," and if they write her that way for one storyline, I think that would be a big mistake!
So at least it’s not being dropped yet! I hope they turn this into something good, I think the storyline definitely has the potential. It definitely has to do with both Kate and Stephano. And I think maybe one of Kate’s children? That’s the only thing she’d be this nervous about. I’m wondering what this tape could be?? A conversation between Stephano & Kate?
I don’t condone any cheating and I certainly don’t know how I would feel if my husband cheated on me, but I would like to believe I would make every effort to repair the relationship. By the way, usually cheating is a symptom of a bigger problem, not the problem itself. Most people wouldn’t admit or agree to that, but I wholeheartedly think that it is 99% of the time.
As for the rest of your post, I wish there wasn’t so much mud slinging in politics. Why can’t we listen to each other and agree to disagree w/o insinuating that someone else is an idiot simply because they don’t agree? What annoys me most is when people are misled or form their opinions about candidates or issues without having any facts. In that situation I might be inclined to think you’re a little moronic, but not from a difference of opinions. It’s certainly difficult for me to understand the other side in certain hot topics (I’ll leave them off here so we don’t get into any arguments!).
Anyway, I didn’t like the Glenn Beck statement, not because I am a strong supporter of his, but I do watch Fox News and I think that although some of them are slanted very much towards the right, they report much more fairly than the mainstream media, but especially MSNBC (NBC anything, really). I think the comment itself was an intended slam to Fox news as a whole. JMO
I can’t say what her motives are, but it seems like she’s just giving Stephanie a chance to fess up and stop her behavior. I think that’s what’s right, to go to the person she has a problem with first, but then if she doesn’t stop, then go to Nathan. That’s what I would do, anyway. I think she’s truly worried about Nathan, though. I’m sure she doesn’t like Stephanie with him, either, because she knows she’s a manipulative witch!
It’s very common for women who are really insecure to dress to the hilt. I think subconsciously they feel if they always look their best, people won’t notice all the blemishes!
Wasn’t Will pretty adamant a while back about how evil the Dimeras were? I was really surprised first that he moved into the mansion to begin with, then is buddying up to Stephano? He was around when all these things happened to Grandpa John just a couple years ago, right? Being hit by a car and Stephano brainwashing him? Grandma Marlena taking matters into her own hands because of Stephano’s evilness? Marlena SERIOUSLY needs to come back to talk some sense into this boy! Where are his role models?
Someone trying to trap a man into getting her pregnant is pretty serious, stupid, pathetic & downright deceitful. Sure Nathan shouldn’t be sleeping with her if he truly doesn’t want to have kids, but she is clearly trying to make it happen. If it was a good friend of mine that someone was doing that to, I would definitely speak up. Not just for his sake, but for the possible future child. What an awful thing to be born into!
I think he’s just summoning his family for the wedding, in hopes they will welcome him back into his life.
I have always loved JS’s acting, but they have really taken it up a notch this last year or two. I love he & Sami together. I always struggled with things he did in the past to her and other people, and I don’t think he’s a great guy or anything, but I can see him being redeemed. I know a lot of people think she is such an idiot, but I think there is a lot of truth to a mother wanting to believe the best in the father of her kids. I have respect for that. I still really like her with Rafe, also, but truthfully I don’t think they can ever be happy because of her nature.
That’s a little silly that the actors have to nominate themselves! It kind of takes the honor out of it, doesn’t it?
I don’t know who else is nominated, but I think it would be a tragedy if James Scott didn’t win. I think he is the BEST actor I have seen on a soap that I can remember!! This last year especially, between learning of Grace being his child and dying, then Nicole deceiving him.
I don’t know many women who really feel that comfortable in a bathing suit, no matter what size they are. I remember feeling insecure about it and I see pictures of when I was thinner, and I think "I looked good! What was I so worried about?!" Of course after 3 kids, thinks have changed, LOL!
I hope it will raise awareness to the dangers of some of these drugs. I think most people take them like it’s no big deal, and I understand that sometimes it’s necessary, but a lot of people think that just because their doctor prescribed them and the FDA approved it, it must be safe. They can really wreak havoc on lives!
