didn’t bother me so much as that is a tired and well used device in that situation in movies and on tv. I was only a little bit disappointed that it didn’t blow up Jenny girl since she is truly on my last nerve, LOL. and I thought we might get a bonus and lose old JJ too, but nope. Although that scene was well done and I really was impressed by JJ’s acting chops there.
Now when Orpheus grabbed Marlena and took the cop’s gun, well that I could see coming from a mile away. I just wish they had shown the scene outside the room and then heard a shot….and left it till the next day to find out what happened. But Orpheus took the easy way out hopefully leaving Marlena psychological trauma by telling her she had one more death on her conscious. as if she would worry about him. Oh and btw, since when does Marlena carry around a doctor’s bag filled wtih anesthetic and syringes and such? just because of the chaos in Salem?
a lot of the things that happened were part of the "plan" that Marlena and John and Steve and Kayla cooked up? Not sure about the Andre/Clyde teaming or the chad shooting but I’m sure that Thomas is not in that crib.
I’m waiting for them to turn on each other. They all have their own agendas but seem to rely on Orpheus to get it done foro them…never a good idea for a bad guy.
And speaking of pointed guns, why didn’t John just shoot Orpheus? And how fast is old Clyde anyway that he managed to escape young JJ? And why was JJ giving Steve advice as if he was the seasoned pro when he’s really nothing more than a rookie.
And did I ever want to reach out and pull that trigger myself when Clyde started mocking Theo. And somebody explain to me why he thinks taking Chad’s son to his nutcase offspring will make things ok between him and Ben? NOT his kid so I’m thinking he wouldn’t want to be reminded cuz, well yeah he’s crazy.
The afternoon here was spent on the train accident in Hoboken yesterday morning.

even that poor pathetic Laura who just blew him off without even knowing him. His acting feels completely natural as opposed to others on the show right now. Love him and sure hope he can have the same chemistry with the new Abby as he had with the old one.

And exactly what I was afraid was going to happen did happen…once again Kate is getting off scot-free and doesn’t have to pay for her criminal behavior. I mean, how many things can this woman do before she is brought to justice for it? It’s ridiculous..she tried to kill Chloe, she tried to kill Deimos and frame Nicole, she kidnapped an infant…we can go on and on and NEVER does she have to pay for her behavior. The real surprise would have been to have Kate sent off to jail for a change but nope a totally unsurprising reveal of the kidnapper and totally unsurpirisingly she is skipping down the street with as much of a smile as she can muster. Totally lame and ridiculous. another big disappointment from Days, thank you very much.
but I guess it just shows where Jenn gets her holier than thou attitude, LOL. She had no reason whatsoever to treat him that way. Why dont people remember that Chad was not raised as a DiMera for a large part of his life?
the most is Jennifer’s constant implications that Chad didn’t take good care of her "baby girl". Abby was no baby, she was a grown woman and maybe Jenn’s belief that she needed someone to always "take care of her" played a big part in Abby’s issues. Chad was right on the other day when he reminded Jennifer that Abigail was always afraid she would become like her grandmother. If she has to hold someone responsible then it should be her family for passing on this predisposition, if that is what it is, to mental illness. Abigail never had to pay the price for anything, even when she set up Austin and almost caused him to lose his job and marriage.And when Chad said that Marlena suggested putting Abigail into the facility and Jenn said Marlena didn’t know what was best for her "little" girl I almost spit out my lunch laughing.
Jenn you are looking to blame everyone for your daughter’s issues and refusing to accept that it was just something latent in her and maybe, just maybe, you missed the early warning signs.
well if that’s true…and it does kind of make sense… then wow. I have more to say on it but won’t put it here, LOL
