Seriously though I did enjoy the shows this week for the most part. I really enjoyed the woman playing Mami Hernandez. I think she will be able to stand up to all those men but good, especially that Dario who certainly seems to have returned wtih some short of a chip on his shoulder. And even Rafe who has decided that whatever John did and put his family through because of the Phantom Alliance is okay but not what Eduardo had to do. I’m kind of hoping that Eduardo and Adriana (is that Mrs. Hernandez name?) have a reconciliation or at least a resolution because I am liking this family dynamic so far between mother and children. 

I’m sure poor Paul will suffering lingering effects of his brainwashing/drugging. The only thing I have a problem with is Marlena the psychiatrist seeming to pass off what Paul went through without suggesting he could use a little counseling to make sure he is okay.I hate that they seem to forget about Marlena’s profession.  

 But I wouldn’t call the casting directors idiots, exactly. I think she got the part because of how much she looks like she could really be a Bo/Hope offspring.

And as far as criticism goes, she is in a field where criticism is the norm. And we all don’t have to like every actor or actress on the show or in movies or on the stage. There are plenty of people considered fine actors/actresses that I just do not care for.

See that’s what’s wrong with this show…too many fingers in the pot all the time. New writers want their own "favorite" characters and characters that were brought in by other writers are given no time to develop. Not that I will be sorry to see the characters of Summer and Lani go….Summer’s storyline too fuzzy for me and poor Sal Stowers, they never gave her character any storyline impact at all…just poof Abe has a new daughter and Theo has a new sister and nobody was surprised or talked about it at all. I like Brandon Beemer as Shawn but this new version of Belle certainly hasn’t been working for anybody. 

 also have Myasthenia Gravis? Wasn’t there a time not too long ago when they thought it was flaring up? Or am I confused, LOL?

 who have that particular vocal style. It’s not my cup of tea but I think her voice is fine. 

 I haven’t had any problems with A’s acting…I think it is all part of his character’s shady past and now that he has put himself in harm’s way to save his son I’m hoping that rafe will relent and let his dad into his life and we will see a whole other side of the character of Eduardo…who really did what he did to protect those he loved in the first place.

 John got that whispery voice thing, LOL. Although his dad isn’t as bad all the time I still had to turn the volume all the way up in order to hear them at times.
