I wish they would put those little running lines across the bottom of the screen when they are having a temp play a part or when someone new takes over a roll. Actually I think they used to have a voiceover stating so and so will be playing the part of….
But I still think Will overstepped when he told his mother she was a bigger slut than Abigail because I bet you he wouldn’t use that word on poor little Abigail. Nope, strictly for his mother. Very poor judgment in my book. Actually he sounded just like his mother’s son when he did that.

I stand by my opinion that Abigail knew who she was dealing with when this all started and she had to know how Sami would react when she finally find out. This isn’t her wimpy momma Jen we’re talking about, this is Sami the dynamo. When you play with fire you tend to get burned and that is what happened to Abigail. Maybe Sami should just give EJ the heave-ho and get out of Dodge but that wouldn’t be our Sami now would it?Not good judgment at all and after he found out that Eve was probably using him he should have taken a step back and asked himself if Jen had some foundation for her opinion of him. Sucked in by a few pretty words and some good-natured adoration of his son’s pictures, LOL. And then he blew Nicole off and pretty much told her she had used him and he fell for it. So think about it Dan, maybe you have the problem, not Jen. She may be, just may be, right about you?
And I think Jen is just in panic mode (OMG am I sounding like I am defending her?) and behaving irrationally, even more so than usual. Ranting and raving without thinking which is pretty much Jen’s MO lately. And why did she tell JJ that “WE are going to court”. It is not his fight it is hers. So leave your kids out of it and handle it on your own, Jen.

Although why Dan would think Jen would still be willing to confide in him when he dumped her is beyond me.I believe that Caroline expressed her belief that Sami really did love EJ and vice versa and pretty much encouraged Sami to be with him. Also, she cannot throw stones about cheating since Bo is really Victor’s son.
And if this old memory doesn’t fail me I think Marlena pretty much came to accept the situation especially after all EJ did to help Will and Sonny get married. Not that it makes it right either way, but I do believe they both offered, if not approval, understanding that EJ loved Sami and Sami loved EJ.I think what she has done to EJ is probably a lot worse than what she has done to Abby (at least so far). I mean let’s face it what Abby did would have gotten around Salem anyway because, after all, no secret lasts long in Salem, LOL. And while yes, EJ cheated on Sami, Abigail knew he was engaged and to whom. It takes two to tango, is my point, and no man can cheat unless another woman is willing. So in that regard she bears as much responsibility as EJ for what happened. Now he was engaged to Sami and promised to love her forever and nothing would ever come between them, blah, blah, blah so on that level it makes it worse. But Abby, just as bad in my book, because she knew he was engaged to someone else.
Just because I might have a different opinion than yours and say so doesn’t mean I am giving you SH**, just means I can voice my opinion too! Agreeing to disagree is what keeps this board lively.
Abigail was not coerced in any way in this relationship. As a matter of fact as I recall in the beginning she was the one all hot and panting over EJ during their conversation, and in some ways seemed to assume he was going to have sex with her to shut her up in my point of view and let him know she would be inclined to go along, so please don’t try to sell her to me as some poor little thing who got taken in by big, bad EJ DiMera. She knew who and what she was dealing with and jumped right in with both feet.
how old is Abigail supposed to be anyway? I was wondering this when they had the big graduation party for JJ. We have never seen Abigail graduate from college yet she has a full time job at the hospital and never talks about school, at least not that I can recall recently.
They keep trying to make Abigail out to be some sheltered little thing with no worldly wise experience. That didn’t stop her from figuring out how to set up another woman’s husband to make him think he had sex with her. Or from quite expertly, from all the pictures we saw, jumping EJ’s bones when he wanted her to. Or from finding a way to keep two men dangling when she wanted to. Her experience may be limited but heck, it is pretty interesting, and right is right and wrong is wrong and she keeps telling everyone else about the difference so she should have known it herself. Maybe once is a slip but after that?
Do I think EJ should have tried some other method to shut her up, yes. But do I think it was mutual attraction? Absolutely.
How she kept chad and the doc dangling because she couldn’t make up her ditzy little mind. She certainly isnt getting a pass from me. She knew what she was doing and who she was messing with. Maybe Jen should stop making excuses for her daughter and give her a boot in the butt instead of always coddling her.
I was starting to feel like the only one who thinks Sami is justified in her feelings and actions. If Sami had jumped someone’s fiance like Abby did everyone would be all over her for it and praying someone would do to Sami what she is doing to abigail. But abigail is supposed to get a free pass? Why? I say go Sami. Give them he’ll. They both deserve it. AFAIC Abby got off way too easy on the Austin thing. She deserved more than the slap carrie gave her.
Their whole relationship had always been about hurt (mostly EJ hurting Sami, I think, well except for that little shooting incident, LOL) and payback. But I think Sami believed they had gotten beyond that scenario and were on a more honest (for these two) footing with each other. And EJ just kicked that all to the curb when he bedded Abigail. He does seem crushed and I am glad. And I absolutely love Sami taking her sweet time to get her revenge on both of them. She is on an emotional rollercoaster right now and we will have to see what happens when she gets of the adrenaline rush that is pushing her on.
If only they could have written Sami this way for a long time, able to hold her temper and plan revenge so it hurts the most instead of that other Sami who couldn’t hold her tongue for a second. And I agree with you Patti, I think it is killing her to have to do this. I’m not sure she is enjoying it as much as she would like to have EJ and, tomorrow, Abigail, believe. We may see her come crashing down emotionally after she has had her way with those two. But I just loved it! Can’t wait until tomorrow. Haven’t said that about Days in a long time.
