I believe she is finished in Salem (for now) next Friday. I also saw leaked clips of screentests for someone they call Mia in the screen test but she talks about her brother and father being dead and about her mom taking the keys from her dad’s motorcycle (the one way she feels really close to him) away from her so it appears it is Cierra they are testing for.
playing the immigration officer and it was first around a few months ago. In the audition Dario says he had no idea he was in danger of being deported. Not sure if the scene will actually play out that way or if it was just written for the audition. time will tell I guess.

why any judge would find sufficient reason to issue a restraining order against Nicole. I can’t even believe that Belle would even be willing to file that for Chloe. It just proves, in my mind, that Chloe really didn’t sue for custody over anything as noble as wanting Holly to have a good, safe life free from Deimos. She just changed her mind and decided she wanted the baby for herself. Even if Nicole was with Brady I think Chloe would have wanted custody. Probably would have used Brady’s past against him. And if anybody ever needs a lawyer I sure hope they don’t get Justin. He did ABSOLUTELY the worst possible job making a case for Nicole and against Chloe I have ever seen. All the horrtible things Chloe has done in the past and he just stood there and let them talk about Nicole and he said nothing about Chloe. He shoiuld be disbarred, LOL. Too bad he didn’t bring up the fact that Chloe was all set to run off with Deimos and make him Parker’s new daddy before he dumped her, which I do believe is where this is all really coming from.
Watching the Oscar red carpet and they said mismatched shoes are THE style right now. Good news for those of us who don’t.want to look down in the morning LOL
there was some comment from Kristian Alfonso about the shoes at the wedding…she did wear two different shoes and something about options, LOL. I dont know, didn’t really get it. Maybe im’ just too old?
but I hate the idea that they will give that nut job Chloe (aka I think I’m God) Lane that baby. It was never meant to be her baby and as far as I’m concerned she stole that baby and should be arrested. Stupid Higley..so glad she is gone. Maybe I can get back into it when the new writing starts.

I agree with everything you said but apparently there is not one all encompassing legal statement regarding surrogacy, dumb as it sounds given the prevalence of surrogacy today.
There was one woman I read about who was carrying a child that was diagnosed with severe disabilities and the parents wanted her to abort. She refused and moved to a different state that gave the surrogate rights over the baby so she could deliver the child…then of course opened a go fund me page or one of those things to help pay for the child’s medical care if I remember the story correctly.
because I was curious as to if Chloe did have any rights to this baby. It seems the laws vary from state to state and the surrogacy contract is not always enforceable in some states. I even read of women who changed their minds and moved to states that were more surrogate friendly so they could keep the baby.
That being said I’m sure that nowhere in the contract did it state that the embryos were Chloe’s to do with as she wished. And though she could try as often as she was willing, I doubt she could try wihtout informing Nicole and Daniel. So to me, it is like she stole that baby right from the start. But i’m not a lawyer, and certainly not a Salem lawyer, LOL. And if Deimos hadn’t changed his mind about being with her SHE would be the one with him now. And what would she have done about that baby then? I’m pretty sure this is a woman scorned story and nothing as pure and sacred as Chloe is making it out to be.
