I bet you are right – was just thinking that. Like Lucas going to work in Japan or wherever he is. Will not miss Stephanie AT ALL! Nathan is also leaving town. So where does this leave Chloe? I love JKJ – will miss him!
I know – wish they would bring him back. She was also separated from him for years before she and Lawrence found out he was their son. Maybe by Vivian?? I forget. Anyway, it’s wierd how much she goes on and on about Melanie and never mentions him. It would be great to see how he and Melanie would interact.
and I told him I thought it was a shame that they had paired him with Stephanie in this endlessly boring SL that made him look like a fool. He agreed and said he had been talking with the powers that be about it. I would be much happier if he stayed and they sent Stephanie packing – they have totally ruined her character! Remember when she first came back as a race car driver? I liked the original actress much better – the one with red hair… at that time at least Stephaine had some spunk – made much more sense as Kayla and Steve’s daughter. It’s like they don’t know what to do with her – college, rape, endless boyfriends including Philip. Puleeeez!! Pull the plug already!
She already has her body back? She’s dressed perfectly with a newborn? They don’t even look tired! Why hasn’t her mom come to help and meet their grandchild? All totally unbelievable!
Anyone know how the votes are weighted? they say it’s a combination of judges scores with the public vote, but just how much do their leaderboard scores count? If it’s the Tea Party that has pushed Bristol through then I am done with this show (not that they care). I wish the producers would have the good sense not to invite anyone to participate who is even remotely connected to a party or politician. This country has been polarized enough – don’t need this kind of bias influencing the outcome of a dance competition!
That’s very interesting – some of them are trying to make a comeback so I am sure they appreciate the money. I am sure their travel expenses and other living expenses are covered as well (or maybe not??)
I wonder what the pros get paid and if they also make more depending on how far they get. Seems like some of them always get stuck with the older stars and get booted early. Years ago ballroom dancing pros did not make much – if they were superstars they could win big bucks at international competitions, but most of them earned their living running dance studios. Also, they had to shell out a ton of money for their own coaching, transportation to competitions, hotels, shoes, costumes, etc. I think it’s great they are now in the spotlight and able to make some real money. They train just like professional athletes but until the last 8-10 years have never gotten the pay or public recognition.
I think it would add a lot to the story to bring him back – see how he interacts with Carly and Vivian. Who would he side with since his father’s death? Is he a good guy or the opposite of Max? Lots of possiblilities!
I just saw her at the Habitat build in Philadelphia and she looked totally fit and her own daughter is only 10 months old.
We should all look so good!
A lot of people download movies to their laptops or IPads or even ITouch’s – might be the wave of the future. Who knows?
Carly’s son, when he was briefly back on the show. Kate should be about 70 given that Lucas has to be around 36 and Billie has to be in her late 40’s and Austin is her older brother! Chelsea is an adult living in London with Max and she is her granddaughter! The fountain of youth must be Salem’s water source!
I was at a Habitat for Humanity event yesterday where 5 Days cast members were volunteering their time to build – Nicole, Daniel, Phillip, Nathan, and Brady (easier than listing their real names!). Anyway, they were all extremely nice and chatty and I was asking Shawn (Daniel) about the paternity switch and he was very cute about it – didn’t admit to anything but said there would be a shake up soon. So maybe the writers really will surprise us! Check out the build pics at the official days of our lives page on FB. I have my own with them – will have to figure out how to post them! It was SOOOO much fun!
