excuse to break them up, but I think the writers know that there are very few Jen/Dan fans. I’ll take it if it gets their horrible dialogue off the screen. I was expecting Jen to tell JJ “I think we’re over for good this time”. The same line she uses every month when they break up.
if Sonny was going to try to get Will a job at Titan. Titan is a magazine, right? It’s been so long since they actually say what they do, I can’t remember. That would be a way Will could still write the stories he was talking about.
Nicole was left crying, all I could do was shrug. It reminded me of the Seinfeld episode when George’s fiancé died and his friends said “well, that’s a shame”, and they all walked out of the hospital together.
I can think of that could really be central are Nicole and Will. The only problem with that is that I love AZ, but I’m not super interested in Nicole’s storyline since the last time she was with EJ. And I love the character of Will, but with the change of actor, I’m not super invested in him yet, either. Unfortunately with Sami and EJ leaving, it reminds me of Santa Barbara when Eden left and Another World right at the end. Days still has some great characters and some great actors, but they’re just not writing for them right now. When I started watching, I watched for Jennifer and Frankie, then it was Hope and Bo, Kayla and Patch. Granted it was years and years ago, but I don’t remember all bad guys all the time. It was mainly good people with bad experiences with bad people. But we knew who to root for and knew in the end the good guys would end up together, or at least we hoped they would.
Can’t remember who called her today, was it Eric? And didn’t he say you need to get to Theresa’s place and she went to Liam’s with a search warrant? Or did he say to go to Liam’s place? Does Hope even know who he is? How would she even know where he lives? She’d have to go to the station to look him up, find his address, get the judge to sign off on a search warrant, etc. But she was just magically there, with the search warrant, ALONE, and has no problem letting the others in to look around. Between this and Liam getting knocked out, only to pop back up like a weeble wobble, there were a lot of holes in the story the last couple days.
Liam told Nicole he grabbed it out of the garbage before she burned it. Although you’re right that it doesn’t make sense if he only grabbed part of it and she burned the rest, but he was able to find a whole page to put together.
Rafes’ comment about Gabi coming to her senses, something like “After having a baby with a gay guy and marrying Nick, she doesn’t have any senses to come to!”.
The whole thing was weird. Aiden essentially said, uh, I think this is the building, why don’t you go in and I’ll disappear. What? Who doesn’t make sure their kid is where they should be before they take off? Then Hope comes running out and aims the gun right at the guy and the kid. That’s when I expected Aiden to come running and get all huffy about Hope pointing a gun at his child. It was kind of a nice flip to have a woman save the day. But then she just put the guy on the ground and turned around and walked away. I couldn’t tell if she even cuffed him. I did think Hope looked great. I loved her hair. I thought Theresa’s hair looked good that day, too.
as well. My only complaint was that it almost seemed rushed, I would have liked them to spend a bit more time on the wedding. It would have been nice to see them talk to the guests just a little bit more. Plus, everyone is talking about the clothes, but I felt like I hardly got a chance to see them, much less remember them. I don’t remember Kayla at all! We did have a big Obama healthcare interruption during Days a couple days ago, so maybe that’s why I feel like it was rushed. It was just so nice to see everyone so happy for once, I would have liked it to be a bit longer.
I didn’t find Nicole and Daniel all that interesting last time they were a couple. Plus, if they did put them together, we’d never get to see them happy and having fun like they can do now. Maybe we should start rooting for people we like together to be friends rather than couples, then we could enjoy their chemistry! Melanie and Brady were fun to watch as friends, Rafe and Hope, Gabi and Will have really grown together as friends and family. Although, it would be nice to see them have more fun. I find the relationship between Gabi and Sonny really interesting as well.
Brady took his and Jennifer’s conversation to heart today. Seems unlikely, but I guess it’s possible.
considering Marlena noted they would need to go to the Episcopal church to get married. Obviously because the Catholic church wouldn’t do it.
seemed forced to me. No teenager talks like Paige. Hearing him play made her sad because he was wasting his talent and she could tell from listening from next door that she doesn’t have his natural talent for music? Uh-huh, sure. Could be interesting to see them perform, though.
