jessad7Participant
I just kept thinking how indignant she was when he accused her of being the one that raped him. Doesn’t seem so far fetched now!
jessad7Participantwhen Marlena went to Stefano to get his help with Dr. Chyka and the evidence she needed to clear Eric. As soon as she switched her request for information to get Nicole, it made no sense at all. Why would she go to a man she despises to get a little dirt on Nicole? I think she switched scripts with Kate for the second half of that scene. If she’s going to Stefano, it better be a big favor. Dirt on Nicole isn’t it.
jessad7ParticipantI foresee Abigail running to the bathroom very soon. Only to be followed by her fainting.
jessad7ParticipantPercy has pictures of them throwing Nick in the river. He showed them at Gabi’s apartment the day they were all there.
The one thing I can’t stand is the replay of Nick in Gabi’s room above the pub last Valentines Day. I cringe and look away every time they show it. I don’t know why it bothers me so much. I don’t see any sparks between the two of them and never really have. They keep comparing EJ/Sami and Nick/Gabi, but at least there is something between EJ and Sami, lust, kids, etc. I just see no reason at all why Gabi would be drawn to Nick. Gabi has been coerced into being with Nick by things he’s said or done, but never because she couldn’t resist him. It also seems forced in that she was so scared of being alone with him one day, then completely comfortable the next. I’m not sure anyone can relate to that.
Nick also threatened Gabi with the info about Melanie, but I don’t recall that being brought up since his return. I was also wondering why Sonny wouldn’t go to Victor after this. The scene with Victor and Nick right after he came back was a good one. I’d like to see more of that.
jessad7ParticipantRafe’s sister, Arianna, came to town. They had Sami throw a fit when she found them together.
jessad7Participantbabysit a lot for Sami right after Grandma Caroline got sick and couldn’t babysit anymore?
jessad7ParticipantHope didn’t come in for 30 seconds last week and change everyone’s paternity and I missed it.
jessad7Participantthat Johnny is really Lucas’s son? Allie is Lucas’s daughter.
jessad7ParticipantAbby end up pregnant. This storyline has kind of annoyed me, so I guess I feel like they deserve it. It could be interesting to see the Dimera’s and Horton’s deal with each other more. Not sure I’d like to see the pregnancy come to fruition however. Just can’t imagine them having any sort of relationship outside of the, uh, bedroom? Closet? Whatever.
jessad7ParticipantI thought JJ was supposed to have his hearing tomorrow, for the past three (Salem) days. That’s where I thought they were going when they were getting ready for the Christening, now it’s another day and they’re still saying it’s tomorrow. Did I miss something?
jessad7Participantthe Greetings guy was the guy that nursed him back to health. Maybe that part of his story to Hope and Julie was true? Thinking he stayed on Smith Island and caught EJ and Abby in the act with his camera.
I don’t know why Gabi even stayed for the conversation with Nick. He attacked her once, no telling when he’ll do it again.
jessad7ParticipantAfter he went to jail for murder, then he came back a changed man and tried to trick someone into giving up their baby, then he was a changed man again and tried to manipulate Gabi into moving to NYC with him, but he’s still a good guy? Give me a break, Julie! If he were my family, I would have snuck out the back door as soon as I saw him in the church. I definitely wouldn’t be telling him how glad I was that he was back in town.
Plus, Julie was telling Gabi how she knows she must still have feelings for Nick, then wondered why she was acting weird after that. Julie knew that Nick had tried to keep the baby from it’s father (also her family) and that the marriage had been annulled. Why on earth would she be grilling Gabi about her feelings for her former husband then wonder why she was having an odd reaction?
One thing I did enjoy was when Hope asked EJ when he was suddenly so fond of Gabi and he brought up his sons cancer and how she helped save him. It was a good throwback to their story and made sense.
jessad7ParticipantThe only story that was holding my interest on this show, Sami and EJ’s struggle to be together and be themselves, just went out the window. I thought there was some good writing with these two, now it’s just another ‘somebody cheated and has to lie to cover it up’ story. This makes me so frustrated! I don’t know how they could spin this to hold my interest, unless Sami finds out right away and they figure out a way to stay together. I think Rafe, Jordan and especially Kate’s involvement is boring, another murder right after the last one, boring, not excited about Will leaving, don’t care about Brady’s addiction, don’t care about Jen, or any relationship she’s in, don’t care about JJ or Theresa, or Hope and absent Bo. Don’t care about Nicole/Daniel/Eric. I don’t even want to watch tomorrow.
jessad7ParticipantSo weird. How did wardrobe let that go past them? I kept expecting Brady to walk into the club and start working with EJ. It would be like they were in uniform.
jessad7ParticipantI enjoyed this so much. They actually cleared the air a bit and got their feelings out. I was so relieved when they didn’t just end up in bed again and kept the conversation going. This kind of interaction is what is keeping this couple going for me.
On the other hand, the conversation with Jennifer and JJ the other day was painful for me to watch. Every time someone tries to talk to her she’s constantly cutting them off and telling them to stop, she doesn’t want to hear it. It drives me nuts! Then she runs off and tells everyone in town what a great conversation they had. Did I miss something?
