did some checking as I had the same issue
It turns out that J and a Wingdings smiley share the same character code 0x4A. What was happening was that the persons where most likely typing a smiley which the e-mail system, Microsoft Exchange, automatically converted to a Wingdings smiley. I also examined the source code of the e-mail and found this to be true:hecking as I had the same thing happen

I saw a stylist on TV demonstrating the cutting of the bangs. They are called ‘fringe bangs’. They look more like a bale of straw. I see nothing attractive about them at all. To think, we were so upset when our daughters cut their own hair. They did a better job than these haircuts
The person shooting the gun was right handed – so that takes Hope out of the picture. I also wish it was Marlena, it would serve him right. Its going to be someone we least expect, someone who did not have their fingerprints on the gun. I’m thinking Billie or Nicole
I heard this morning that the Ellen show was not nominated and the show I had on said it was because the show did not nominate themselves. So I checked the emmy website and found in the rules
In order to be considered for an emmy award you have to nominate yourself or be nominated by someone. If there are too many nominees then they do a preliminary screening and eliminate some of the nominees.
So I guess anyone could really nominate themselves………

I noticed the same thing – only its the blonde waitress at the Brady Pub. It caught my attention during the time period when the college students were having trouble with the website hacking.
