Funny thing is when we saw Orpheus’ kids, they were around Sami and Eric’s age when they were kids. But yet Evan is around Will’s age, which is Sami’s son. lol
Orpheus and Roman were ISA partners on a top secret case. Roman accidentally shot and killed the wife of Orpheus and he went crazy. Fast forward to 1986 and Orpheus resurfaced to seek his revenge on Roman (when John thought he was Roman) by taking away Marlena (who was married to Roman at this time). He succeeded and Roman/John ended up shooting and supposedly killing Orpheus. Then he showed up again alive and well and in prison a few years ago.
Why do they keep bringing her back for just a couple months here and there? I wish she’d just stay away, never really have enjoyed the character.
Well it’s not really surprising. He really hasn’t had much of a storyline since the flop that was Rafe and Hope ended.
Again, what’s the point of this storyline? I honestly feel like they literally have no other story for Kristian Alfonso involving Hope, so they just did this. Did we ever find out why exactly Rolf wanted Gina back? The real Gina has been long dead and everyone knows that. Everyone else knows that Hope was brainwashed into thinking she was Gina. So what’s the point of having her around? What’s the “plan”? And it’s become just a rehash of Gina wanting John and now we have Stefano obsessing over Marlena yet again. Same old same old. Been there done that plenty of times. Why does Gina want John anyway? He’s not “her John”, so she’s after someone that has no memories of their love. So why not have Rolf just turn the chip in John’s brain on to make him the John before he came to Salem? She did it before on the infamous sub on John & Marlena’s honeymoon. They’ve already got Hope thinking she’s Gina and Steve thinking he’s Stefano. So why haven’t they just turned John into Father John the art thief again? lol Not that I want that, but just makes you wonder. Hope this is over soon.
I thought the same thing about the younger looking hands, which made me think it was Johnny DiMera as with some rumors have speculated. As for Kayla and Justin, reminds me of Kayla & Shane. What an akward mess that was.
Yeah just punch Gabi out and take her phone and show everyone she has this app on her phone and call it a day.
It’s really sad that the writers have had to resort to bringing back the Princess Gina storyline just to give Kristian Alfonso something to do on the show. I don’t recall the original storyline being all that popular back in the day, so not sure why all these years later it’s been brought back. It really seems like it’s just an excuse to give Hope some kind of storyline since the pairing with Rafe was a flop. Also gives John & Marlena a storyline but again, another recycled storyline. The other problem here is isn’t Princess Gina dead to the world? Her daughter Greta inherited the crown as I recall. So what purpose does she serve for Rolf? She was an art thief for Stefano, but that was also already exposed to the world years ago. So again, why? And why after all this time does Rolf care about having her around? Just dumb, dumb, dumb. These storylines as of a late are really getting ridiculous.
I’m sure Kristian Alfonso has got to be slightly upset about him not being around anymore. Hope’s just not really been able to have much of a storyline since. The Rafe/Hope couple was a bust and now what?
I read that Peter Reckell specifically told Days that he wants Bo killed off and NO recasts this time.
Well, once Kristen decided she couldn’t get John, she decided to move in on his son. Kind of creepy indeed when she was almost his stepmother.
I for one think Kate wore out her welcome on this show at least a decade ago. She’s been a pretty bland character, I’m not sure why the writers have kept her around, I’ve never really heard of her for all the years of being on the show now to be a “fan favorite” really. No offense to Lauren Koslow, I just think Kate’s been played out.
I like the idea of seeing this with Victor going after Ben, there is bad blood with Clyde Weston and Victor so that makes sense and also wanting to look after his Granddaughter. However, this just seems a bit out of place and out of nowhere. Why all of a sudden NOW Victor is taking action? I could see this scene taking place months ago, maybe a year ago. So I don’t really get the timing of it all. I for one find most Ben and Ciara boring. They really don’t have any storyline other than Ben doing Stefan’s bidding, Ciara defending him to everyone or having sex in Ben’s place on the DiMera property. That’s about it for them.
