Since the fateful bloody wedding which ended the… what I thought to be a mis-matched… relationship of Roman & Kate, Roman did digress back to having feelings again for Marlena — if my recollection is working
Then, as said already, Roman showed some jealousy/interest in Anna (which was pretty cute for us ‘oldies’ to watch). Their relationship goes back so, so, so, so many years. If they’d pair up, then Christy Clark could re-live a fantasy and come back on the cast as Carrie (w/grandchildren, of course).
what is really going on. And, why aren’t the older siblings at least concerned? Mom allows the teen to travel on her own, stay away from home! Maybe little Missy is not as truthful as her youthful face would make us believe. I wondered, for a time, if she could be the long lost daughter Carly is looking for, but the ‘staying at Maggie’s to be close to her daughter’ changed that thought pattern.
I felt his death was a ‘rouge’. His way of escaping those who want his arms and legs in payment. So, IF he were alive, I doubt he’d be returning to any scene of a crime!
Hello, Pammydog. I too was a constant lurker — every morning I’d open and read everything. Was interesting to follow the ‘group’ with their opinions and personal lives. I, like you, am retired now so we’ll be seeing each other on the board.
I read the the ratings were slipping for Y&R so Steve was hired to ‘help’. Surely, I’m not the only viewer who will be taking a peek at the show to see how he fits in and if he he’ll wear boots or shoes! Y&R is so good at using their veteran actors, that coming back as a viewer is not too difficult to adjust to.
I’m following the old Shawn D and Belle actors on GH and had hopes that Steve would reappear as a Casadine when Laura makes her upcoming return to GH. The dead resurrected again would be an acceptable story line for me — just to see Mr. Nichols.

Seeing them on the door stoop seemed like an overkill. My first instinct, based on the ‘gift card’ to Nathan & Melanie for lodging at Green Mountain lodge, was to think that is where Anna is at. Then the sirens made me second guess though — not that there aren’t sirens in mountain communities (cause I know first hand there are). Oh, wait…. that means there are emergency services available and when the baby starts up with "what we imagine will be a temperature", we’ll be relieved that help is close by. But, IF there is a trip to emergency, or a house call — to what end?
Those writers are doing such a good job lately of keeping us in the guessing game!!
I cannot remember back to those conversations at the Convent, but yes, Rafe spent some time w/the sisters. So was he a little ‘hellion’ so Mom was glad to be rid of him or was Mom an abused person who Rafe escaped from rather than stay home and ‘fight’ or get ‘beaten up’ by the ‘father figure’? I find it strange that "Mom" allows her teenager (don’t even know that she’s the youngest in the family yet) to go visit her siblings for this extended period of time. Makes you wonder if Mom is incarcerated or busy taking care of an ill family member? There is such an empty canvas with the Hernandez family!
that Stephano will ‘use’ Nicole to defray the DiMera’s being involved in ANY drug scandal. Nicole is ripe for being used as she will be desperate for attention and a way to make a living.
Bill Hayes…. whoo hoo! Oh, how I’d love it if they ‘found talent’ within the cast again. Did anyone else see the kariokee (Sp?) scenes at Jake’s Bar on GH? So great to watch Tony Geary singing (which I would have thought to be out-of-his-element). Bill would be #1, Gloria Loring would be #2 and Kyle Lowder would be #3 as my personal favorites. Couldn’t Maggie’s restaurant have entertainment ?? please…
a head injury of some sort (based on the band aid) and the sunglasses cover the black eye that follows a blow to the forehead, would be my guess. Considering his age, a ‘fall’ comes easily!
I don’t know about you, but I’m happy that Philip and Lucas have NOT reneged on their ‘threat’ to disown their mother. Thus, Kate needs Stephano to have a purpose. Too bad, though, that Kate isn’t shown as being a business woman who’s helping out society, especially now at the Holidays.
Nicole will be needing a lawyer right away! Do you see Victor foregoing his ‘on-call staff’ in favor of asking Justin to represent him in the near future?
Justin is not a divorce lawyer, so he can’t help Nicole there, but he’s about to have 1st hand knowledge unless Justin puts another effort into resolving his own marriage.
The immediate impression w/Carly reuniting w/Dr. Dan was so original, truly believeable as long lost friends. I’d prefer to see Dan stay dedicated to Chloe w/a wedding coming in February and let Carly be involved in building a relationship with the daughter who doesn’t know her life is going to be turned upside down.
I’d prefer LOVE IN THE AFTERNOON rather than watching yet another couple go down the tubes for something stupid.
