I am really disappointed in this decision. I have nothing against a gay SL, I just would have preferred it to be someone without a history with the show. There is no going back from this and I just don’t think it can last. I feel that in the end it will lead to Will going to live with Lucas. Or else he will become an infrequent back story character.

Does anyone see a common thread in all these stories? All three–EJaylor, Dannifer, and Darlanie keep getting pushed together "by accident". How can all three couples have the same beginning? Could some writer think of a more creative meeting and co-mingleing? It is also similar to how Sami and Rafe got together. Please there must be a way for people to get together withou so much drama!!.
Yes I am not feeling this storyline. I really disliked the way Philip did a 360 on chloe. Yes she slipped, but he accepted his mother’s tape and refused to acknowledge that she manipulated Chloe. THis was really rushed to explain Philip’s departure.
As for Chloe they are turning her into a tramp, not much left for her in this show.
While she has a beautiful vocie, I didn’t care much for her choice of songs. But maybe it is a public domain song so the show doesn’t have to pay royalities.
I would rather it be Dario cause we don’t know his back story or better bring back Jack Jr as gay.We know the person ,but he hasnt been on screen so it would be more believable than Will. Also Jack Jr has had a messed up life and spent alot of time in boarding school. Another candidate is T we haven’t seen him lately and don’t know a lot about him. It is just hard to accept Will or Chad in this role.
How about "pairing" him with Dario?? Seriously, I really don’t like this idea at all. I am not against gays, but just don’t see the need to do this SL, especaillly with Will. After all, Days doesn’t do big storylines well—-like autism that SL has faded into the background. For example, Theo telling his parents he loves them -that doesn’t happen out of the blue with an autistic child. The PP storyline with Chloe was doen half heartedly.
Making Will gay will forever brand him. It’s not like they can change him back in a couple months when the SL ends!!!! Since they are bringin Jack Jr back, he would be a better candidate IMO.
EJ doesn’t know what love is. He is about control and getting what he wants, starting with Sami–remember he came here to seduce Sami. He has no true feelings for anyone and that includes Taylor. If he really LOVED her, he would want a life with her alone, not sharing her with Nicole.There is nothing redeemable about him.
From what I have seen of the actor in various interview, he is not really likable either, JMHO (sorry to the James’s lovers).
I think that Brady hit the nail on the head when he said that EJ doesn’t know love and that he will end up hurting Nicole yet again.
EJ is so arrogant to think that Brady is like him–all about control and revenge.
Well, I disagree. I really don’t have any interest in Msggie and Victor. I Got bored watching them lunching together. Now if they put them in an adventure, that might be interesting. Don’t get me wrong, I like Victor and Maggie, but not if she is going to make hom soft and cuddly cause THAT is not Victor.
I don’t why there is this trend thst every show must have a gay atoryline . I especially don’t like the idea of an established character all of whom have been sexually active suddenly realize they are gay. It just seems very far fetched. After all Carly is Melanie’s mother. Chad had a daughter. Rafe–wow that would really get to Sami!!!
Unless they go with Daniel, after allhe seems to move from girl to girl and is never happy for long with his present conquest. Surfer boy now that would be ironic.
Or maybe Dario?
