Bonbon, I so agree with you about Peter!
It’s funny because lots of people complained about Eve and Clyde (the characters not the actors) and wanting them gone. s. Tons of people critized Guy because "he ruined " Will even though HE didn’t write Will’s personality change.
The difference is Peter didn’t want a pay cut so he left without any real ending. Then spend years trying to get fans to plead his case. In my mind, you have the right to walk away if you don’t like the terms, but you have no right to get fans involved. So he ruined Bo for me!
Can’t wait for BO to be gone!
I don’t think it is revenge as much as her trying to take control over the situation. Many people get frustrated when faced with events that they cannot control, so they attempt to gain control by doing something. Her attacking Chad was her was of gaining control over the worst situation in her life. After all, she has lost alot during the last few years, Grace, EJ and now her first born, Will.
I totally agree with you. Peter has ruined the character of Bo for me. Not because he held out, that’s his right. What got me was hoe he tried to influence fans to beg TPTB to met his demands and bring him back. Then the coy way he would hint at returning to get fans to act. If he didn’t like the terms, fine walk away, but don’t cry about it.
I moved on and really liked the Haden story. It seems that Hope would find happiness (for the 10 seconds its allowed on a soap). Now TPTB have kissed and made up with Peter (short term) and so they again make Hope the helpless female who needs a hero!! I so hate that!
In my SL, even though it’s a triangle,in this one Aiden would win!!
it is just a way for Sami to go off to find the truth about EJ. However, I don’t get this Stefano had him killed. If Im not mistaking Clyde had EJ killed because of the drug activity that EJ was involved in.
Not with "bo the hero" sl! What gets me is rining the character of Aiden and making Hope looks foolish just to tie up the Bo story. I think a better SL would be Hope torn between sweet true Aiden and he long love Bo! So much more drama could have been written that could tie in her past and her future.
However, I was never a Patch fan and Im stll not. I will admit to likeng Jack.
I know that many characters strayed from their marriage and even were violent(Jack and Kayla) but it seemed that EJ did much more.
I suspect that if EJ is revived, it will be a recast as James has moved on. It was never James that I disliked, it was the character EJ.
I didn’t like the original SL with Sami. The coldness he had when he threw Sydey and Nicole out on the street. Making Sami think her child was dead!! It was too much for me.
i found the role reversal a nice touch. So often, the woman falls apart and the man is stoic. I think tha Sami was trying to process the whole situation and so refused to allow any emotion to come out. Lucas was already on the next stage. When Lucas asked he what was wrong with her because hse wasn’t acting like herself, I thought it made perfect sense.
THey both did a great job.
There was more action with them than the "murder scene". I thought it was way too quick on the same night of Wll’s death.
ryan came through as I would have expected any father to do. Of course his emotions were all over the place. He has lost Will many times because of Sami’s schemes, but at least Will was alive and he could still see him! Now that is over. His performance made me cry. Well done, Bryan.
I feel that all the actors reacted well. They all seemed to be moved, perhaps it was genuine loss of a well loved character and the loss of an actor that they accepted more than the viewers!!
I am sure there will be more tears shed when Sonny and Sami react to this news.
I was vey impressed with Marlena and Gabby. Thougth Rafe was rather subdued, after all he was Will’s step father.
First, right now Victor has lost Bo. Now he is in danger of losing Caroline. Because they have a child together, they will always be connected.
As far as Caoline not being a saint, there is no one on this show that is a saint. Maggie, Victor, even Julie and Doug all have a history and are far from perfect. I don’t think that it will affect Magic unless Maggie gets uneasy.
Abigail is young and dumb. She believes that Ben is her baby’s father, so she feels she must stand by her man. Besides no one in her family is a Chad lover!
