I remember well that John and Marlena left on their honeymoon with Belle and Brady being little. When they returned, Marlena remarked something like, "My you have grown so much while we were gone" looking at late teen kids!!
Personally I feel that Hope has always been written as someone in need of being saved. Whenever Bo was around it seems like in the end he needed to be the hero and save her.
I think it is a discredit to Hope. After all she is a good cop and has managed to overcome the death of her son and raise Ciara on her own while Bo goes off to be a hero.
Yes and that attitude has led to real life killers going free because the police become fixated an don’t bother to investigate all the clues!!
besides as MAYOR, Abe has no right to say anything to Marlena about being charged for helping Chad. Abe is not a cop.
Justin has become power hungry and has tunnel vision. He is on a high horse and deserves to get knocked off it.
I agree to a point. However, Theresa didn’t put in the money– Kate and Nicole did. Both of the have experence running a business and Theresa doesn’t. Although she has good design ideas, like Brady told her no one starts at the top.
I do agree that they should have her submit her designs. I also think they should give Eric the hoto job. He is good at that.
Well I hope she hangs in there cause from all I read Peter doesn’t plan on being around too long. Kristan has endured bad storylines in the past. I wasn’t aware that she disliked Peter but that’s ok with me. I liked him ok but I just really lost all respect for him when he left the show. (THat was his choice) WHat got me is her then began a campaign with fans to demand he be brought back. You cant have it both ways. After that I was done with Peter and also BO. Actually, Bo kinda of did the same thing just left.
I am so over this story line! The old writers wrote s great SL that took iis time to develop. They allowed Hope and Aiden to get to know each other and evolve into true feelings. However, the wrting changed and no longer wanted Haiden to cvontinue.
Obviously, TPTB had other plans with the large amount of characters being brought back for the 59 th anniversay. Apparently Bo is one of them. I am sure that I am in the minority here but I have no interest in the Bo SL. i actually Fast forward the scenes with him because i just don’t care! It’s kind of ironic cause I never FF even when the story isn’t interesting.
I feel that TPTB could have written a different end for Haiden without destroying his character and making Hope look like a fool. I really hate it when they make women out to be helpless and in need of a hero ( and they have always written Hope that way). It is especially annoying since Peter apparently isn’t planning on staying around — so why return at all? Hope spent a long time waiting for Bo to return or get in touch with her. She finally moved on and found love. Why ruin it along with Aiden’s character and Hope’s judgement. There didn’t need to be closure, Hope had finally moved on!
In my opinion, there was no need for Bo to return if it was to be short term. How is she suppose to pick up the pieces when he leaves again? I feel that Peter has ruined Bo for me and I just can’t get past his actions concerning his part.

Yes he is quite good. I really don’t think he will be staying in Salem for much longer cause the gay SL is over and he is expected to have a major role on Hawaii 50
I don’t see the reason for this SL. It has been done before, Kate( lung), Johnny(lost his eye). Perhaps, it a chance for Justin to decide he wants to be with her.
If I remember correctly we had a similar story with Kate. Isn’r that when she had her eye on master surgeon Dr Dan?
I know they use a stunt double but I would think he would be similar to the actor.
I thought of Daniel after the hospital scene with Marlena. He looked so creepy. But the "killer"is taller than Daniel. I thought the "killer’s" height is more like Clyde, Ben or Paul.
Daniel’s motive would be Serena’s involvement with almost killing Nicole and friend Eric. The other murders are to cover it up.
Ben’s motives are obvious. Clyde was out of breathe after the murder, and he would have loved to frame Chad as well.
Howeve, if it is Ben, that is a let down
I mentioned Daniel in another thread. I thought that scene was very spook, he seemed to be dressed all in black and looked rather sinister!! Now THAT would be a twist!
I also wondered if it was Ben mainly on the height of the killer.
Actually, I would rather be in the dark about the killer’s identity.
I don’t understand why Marlena wouldn’t have an outer office with a assistant to keep track of appointments and answer the phone. Also if she is working in her office alone, why isn’t the door locked or secure?
