I totally understand that Sami feels devestated by EJ’s betrayal. I really believe that it is because she finally gave her entire heart to him and never in a million years thought that he would stray. Blamimg Abigail for his actions don’t make sense.
Sami has also had her moments. However, most of her moments lately have been with EJ. She cheated on Lucas with EJ the very night Lucas got out of prison. She cheated on Rafe with EJ when they thought Johnny was death with "grief sex". So exactly what would you call her?
I just feel that Sami should be much angrier with EJ than Abigail. I don’t buy this, "she was my firend, my maid of honor, …" cause Abigail was NEVER Sami’s friend. Honestly Sami has no real friends.
EJ wasn’t attracted to Abigal, it was all about control and power. Was Abigal wrong, YES. But EJ is the mature man about town. He did it willingly and if he loves Sami like he says he does, he wouldn’t have done it no matter what. SO HOW she can forgive him and insist on destroying Abigail? It is just wrong.
How many times does it take for someone to change and get it right?
I think that Sami has been devasted by the fact that it never would occurred to her that he would cheat on her. They have been through fighting, kidnapping, pretend death, almost death, shooting, etc. Never cheating!!!
That is why the pain is so raw. I guess that if Sami can look past all of that, she might stay with EJ. But how can she TRUST him again? How many times can one be hurt before it is Too much?

Also don’t think that Lisa is available and don’t really care if BO returns!

Well I for one thing that Sami is a fool if she takes EJ back. How can she trust him? He has a wondering eye. He never loved Abigal– so that makes it ok? I think that it makes it worse. Ehy did he have an affair withAbigail? To shut her up and keep her from going to Hope? To "reliever" his tension cause he wasn’t getting any from Sami? To prove that he was in control?
Caroline and Marlena were in love with Victor and John when they had their affairs. Yes, Caroline satyed with Shawn and lied to him for many years that BO was his son!!!!!
Remember when he was going to marry Nicole and became smitten with Taylor? EJ will never change, if he doesn’t get his way, he will cause pain!
I think that Caroline was wrong to tell Sami to stand by her man and Sami is a fool if she does it!
Wow, so are you saying that Abigail has such femimine wiles that EJ was unable to resist her? WOW– that is a stretch!!
Is she niave? Yes. Does she have issues?–for sure. Perhaps some of her issues deal with the face that her father kept leaving her, so maybe she is attracted to older men. Is she totally innocent , hell no! BUT, and in my mind it is a big but, Abigail is a 20 something, young woman with limited experience. EJ is an older, more polished, more powerful figure who is used to getting his way, period.
Sami denied him her bed, so that makes it okay for him to go elsewhere? Kate and Sami told him to "do whatever it takes" to keep Abigail quiet about Nick, so that is permission to have an affiar? There is no way that EJ is so weak that he had to revert to this "adventure" unless it is what HE wanted to do.
Yes Abigal is not innocent, but EJ is the mature adult.
That was what I noticed too. Also if Brady was defending himself, why was John hit from behind? he turned his back as he was attacking. DUMB.
Forensics should prove that the hit couldn’t have come from Brady. Also there should have been staining and dragging of blood when she moved John’s body.
Well I know that I don’t always agree with you, Patti, but this time I am all about team Sami. I have never been a fan of EJ but I have always liked Sami, flaws and all.
I have no problem with anything she has done, but I am concerned that in the end her actions might come back to haunt her. As Eric tried to tell her, revenge can cause problems she didn’t plan for.
As for Abigail, I feel that EJ should have known better. While Abigai nis a flirt, EJ is more mature and should have had more self control. After all, Sami is suppose to be the love of his life,so he should have been concerned with winning back Sami NOT bedding some young thing. Yes, she should have know better, but in my opinion, EJ had the power and he chose to play around.
I think that Sami truly believed that she and EJ were meant to be together. They had gotten past all their mixed up history and were finally on firm footing. Despite, all the things they BOTH did to each other, they had gotten to a good place and she cannot understand HOW and WHY EJ would do this to her.
Perhaps it makes her feel better to believe that Abigail was the vixen that she ticked EJ instead of realizing that EJ is a snake, always has been! He is about power and getting his way. She banned him from bed, so he looked elsewhere!
I think that Hope WAS uncomfortable because she was dancing and enjoying Aiden while feeling guilty about Bo. I think it was on purpose that she seemed stiff. It is build up to the fact that she IS a married woman and yet she is developing feelings for Aiden and she is scared and confused a these feelings.
I say she has done her part for Bo, time to pick up the pieces and move on.
I am not bad mouthing her. Many actors have left to pursue other venues. Dee, Kristen, Josh all tried to make it in nighttime tv. Jay (Philip),Kirstin (Belle), nadia (Chloe), Molly (Melanie) all left hoping to make it in tv or movies.
In most cases, they did make it and returned. I realize that Ali has been on DOOLs a long time and understand her wishing to pursue other interest– host of T, author, commericals, I totally get it. Howeve, just tell it like it is. I would say the same thing to Eileen but don’t really care for her to return to DOOL cause I don’t like her character!
I just feel it would have been better to say " I have taken Sami as far as I can and now I want to try something else".
Actually I did see this and annieo that was the first think I thought of too. I am not sure if it takes less time to direct but I would think you would have to be present every day of shooting.
I often wondered how true the "spending time with the kids" would work as they are in school now so i am sure they would work around her needs. Remember when Dee would take summers off to be with her kids? I really feels that she has taken Sami as far as she can!!
Technically, they were not married but they were engaged and living together, so they were in a committed realtionship. They had a disagreement over family, but were still in the same house. I would think EJ whould have been trying to win her back instead of venturing into other territory!!

Ej’s cheating is just another in the long line of things he has done to Sami. Starting with the "deal "he made with Sami to save Lucas life. All the while he was obeying his father’s command to get to Sami and have a child with her.
Then he kidnapped his won daughter ( the same one he disowned cause he didn’t think she was his) and threw bloody clothes in the river to make Sami believed she was dead. ( that was pay back for Sami’s lying to him).
He shot John and tried to kill Lucas. He kidnapped Rafe and replaced him with a double that he allowed to live with Sami.
I think that EJ had done plenty. The cheating is just another way to pay back Sami cause she kicked him out of bed!!
Maybe they deserve each other. Today, he acted like he really was crushed. He deservedit and so much more.
Next comes Abigal’s pay back.
