Sami’s reaction shows that she was very defensive to John’s words. She immediately assumed that he was critizing her. In my opinion, Sami reacted this way because deep down she feels the same way. She constantly says that she has no choice because she needs the money. She doesn’t realize that she is insinuating that Rafe is not doing his job of providing for the family.
John is trying to explain that he now knows that working isn’t the most important thing in this life—being there for your kids is. Truth is Sami is loving this job. She feels fulfilled and there is nothing wrong with that. She can work and still take care of her kids, millions of women do it everyday. She just needs to get organized and stop complaining.
Actually this is a recycled SL. It reminds me of Nicole shooting for Brava. These writers seemed determined to do a youth SL ((usually reserved for summer). Maybe they are hoping to snag soapers that have lost their stories. So much for the good old DAYS!!!
Well she is good. Not only does she keep Brady in the dark, she bad mouths Sami to Marlena. Doesn’t seem to mind if there is negative fallout between Marlena and Sami. Just saying she didn’t have to rip her to shreads to Marlena. I understand there is a cover, but that was not fair.
Also Sami should have been allowed to tell Rafe– what happened to no secrets??
Also what’s with Brady telling John that maddy is supportive–she threw a fit when he first told her he wanted to work with John. Exactly what Maddy tole Marlena.
Still don’t trust madison.
I mentioned that before. Remember when Madison reemed Sami out for going to the spa on her lunch hour? Rafe tried to explain that it was a gift from him and Madison said she didn’t care cause they sold the competitions products and it didn’t look good for a Mad World exec to be there. Well—how bout the Mad World CEO?!!
Also how come Brady and Maddy have so much free time during the work day?????
I think that it was a sleeveless red blouse, although don’t know why she would have it on in the winter. I really didn’t like that scene at all.
But I thought the "message scene" between Madison and Brady was far worse. How unprofessional can two people get!!! Also I thought madion didn’t frequent the spa cause they feature countess W products. She got all over Sami and Rafe about it. I felt it was very tastless for that to go on in a business. Shades of Marlena and John on conference table.
I agree about the office. How many times have they met and done work at the town square? She had no appointments, so why not go to the square, or prop open the door to let some air in. Just dumb. Don’t like this SL cause it now make Rafe looklike every other man!!!
Austin has no clue. He seems very naive to Abigail’s infatuation.
I kinda of like Sonny’s other friend better than Matteo. Just thought he seemed more attractive to Will.
Will’s converstion with Justin was very telling, and Justin said all the right things, although I feel his attitude comes after much soul searching. I doubt many people would react that positively when first learning his child is gay. A neighbor of mine spoke very tenitively about his daughter’s orientation until I voiced positive comments. Then he opened up and explained more of her life, her paartner and her plans on being in a committed relationship. Most people fear what others might think and how they will react to such news. My feeling is if they are your firends, they will be there for you. Will is thinking of initial reaction to his news expecting the worse. I would think that most family would react badly, at least at first. It takes time to reach acceptance.
I thought the same thing. Also even if Abe had his lab top with him, wouldn’t it be password protected? I would think important files would be hidden or encrypted. Besides, Ej has no proof that Will did theshooting and Lucas already went to jail for the crime.
But Abbey is a child, or rather a young woman. This was her first love so even thought she knew it was over, it is still a sting. Next her crush is on someone she know is unavailable, and she discovers that Chad has moved on with Mel. Now if she were 30 something she might look at things differently but she is only 20 something so I could see her feeling this way. That said, I don’t think she is right in her rant on Mel. She wanted to break up with Chad, so she set him free. She has no right being angry. I think that stms from him haveing someone and her having nothing.
Marlena was deaad on when speaking to her, but I am not sure she is ready to listen.

he certainly is a versatile doctor!! I have never seen a doctoe so well versed. With all this talent, he could become the number one consultant for all diseases!
Actually Patti, I was defending your right to your opinion. You have every right to feel that you were harassed. I understand you felt compelled to respond. My only point was that someone can disagree with an opinion without attacking the poster.
Definition according to free dictionary
1. a. A person, especially a woman, considered sexually promiscuous. b. A woman prostitute. 2. A slovenly woman; a slattern.
I don’t think that Sami fits into this definition. She has never been sexually promiscuous nor a prostitute.
She does tend to leap into things without thinking of consequences and so she is immature. Yes she has a lot to learn about thinking things through, but she is not a slut. Will is consumed with what he saw because he truly believes that Rafe is the best thing that has happened to his family and he is so afraid that all is lost. He blames his mom for that so his reaction is to go for the throat. Hopefully, Marlena can reason with him.
And I feel that everyone should be able to express their opinions without fear of criticism.
