loritrollParticipant
I love how you keep calling her a whore, because I swear I keep saying that every time I see her on my screen!!
loritrollParticipantBut, what is this whole thing with Will acting like he’s somehow the victim now, because he found out Sonny helped put his name up for the job? Who is he to get angry? He knew exactly what he was doing when he was writing that article. He’s even enjoying the idea of what could come to him, because the article is getting so many accolades from his editor. And, I believe Sonny questioned him a few times on whether or not this was a good idea. So, now that he realizes how many people he’s upset, he’s suddenly the victim in all of this?? It’s ridiculous! I can barely even watch him right now. So, as much as I hate that Abby is acting all high and mighty, when she was the one sleeping with an engaged man/father, I did enjoy her letting Will have it.
loritrollParticipantTFlo – I totally agree with everything you’re saying. It’s driving me absolutely CRAZY every time she gets a free pass. She DID pursue him. I’m absolutely not letting EJ off the hook here, but she was equally to blame and no one seems to want to hold her accountable for the terrible, terrible, destructive decisions she made. I wouldn’t have as much of a problem with her, probably, if she was actually being held accountable by the people around her. But, this "O Woe is Abigal" thing isn’t giving me any reason to want to feel sorry for her.
loritrollParticipantI can’t for the life of me understand why everyone has taken up arms for Abby! I’ve not heard one person (other than Sami) say that she did a terrible thing. They’re coddling her and feeling bad for her and telling her she’s being so strong through this. Excuse me. She chased him down! She knew that Sami loved him to death, that they had a family. Heck, she took care of their children, and yet, continued to seek him out at his office, his shower, a laundry room, so they could continue their affair. She deserves some condemnation.
I’ve not heard Abby once take full responsibility for what she’s done and how she’s affected their family. She’s gotten in Sami’s face. She’s played the victim card. She’s even asked EJ if he wanted to get back together. But, has she really taken accountability for what she did? I’m all about making EJ suffer, but no more or less than Abby. I loved that Sami asked JJ today if he really knew how that story played out. I bet if people really knew how she pursued EJ, their minds might change a bit!
loritrollParticipantI disagree where Abby is concerned. They act like she was coerced. She wasn’t. She went after him, even after he told her it was over. She knew exactly what she was doing. She knew that they had kids together. She knew that they were a family. I think the people of Salem are giving her too much of a break and are being WAY too forgiving of her. She needs to feel some of the hurt that she’s caused.
loritrollParticipantLOVE it! I laughed the entire time. I am definitely excited to see how this all goes down.
loritrollParticipantWhere did you hear that AZ and SC were dating in real life? I thought that she and her husband had reconciled a couple years ago.
loritrollParticipantGotta say, though, this actor is playing this role PERFECTLY!
loritrollParticipantI loved how deliciously evil he was today.
loritrollParticipantDaniel needs to run and I mean RUN for the hills and leave Jennifer to her own devices. Seriously. Watching her string him along and blame him for stuff is maddening! Ugh. He needs to move on to someone else and please, please NOT Theresa!
loritrollParticipantI thought Gabby was being a total jerk today and her entitled attitude bugs the heck out of me.
loritrollParticipantI was really happy to see these two together, but after this last turnaround, I am totally over it. She seems to think Daniel will wait for her and stand to the side while she goes back and forth with him. I’m glad he left and cut off all contact. Just hope he’s able to find someone new to date, so Jen can see what a huge mistake she made. That being said, I wish Maggie would stay out of it. Seriously. It’s SOOO none of her business!
loritrollParticipantI too think Will is coming from an honest place. He’s misguided and wrong for not standing up for his rights, but he’s doing what he thinks is best for everyone else. He’s needs more self-esteem to know that what HE wants is worth fighting for. He’s always worried about the other person. I loved seeing EJ finally stand up against Nick. I’ve been waiting for him to do that for days! He hasn’t had his usual fire lately, so it was good to see that was still in him somewhere. Sonny, though, was my favorite. He, to me, is the only one that clearly sees what’s happening here with Nick. I really love how this is playing out. Good acting all around and it’s making for some great tv!
loritrollParticipantI felt the same way. "Primal" is a very good word for what happened.
loritrollParticipantBut, I thought it’s added a great twist to this thing. This wasn’t meant to be romantic or passionate. It was meant to be dirty, angry sex. Ej and Sami are both people who don’t grieve like normal people, especially when they are together. Seeing this unnatural reaction to their grief really doesn’t surprise me. The actor that portrays Will did a SUPERB job today! If the only thing that comes out of this is for everyone to see what a fantastic actor he is, then I’m all for it. He was able to show the betrayal on his face with little to no effort at all. I was cringing when he was walking in, because I knew what he was going to see and that’s what they want to give us as an audience – moments where we literally have a physical reaction to what’s happening on screen and, like it or not, that’s what we got. Am really looking forward to seeing Will shine in this SL and to see Sami and EJ deal with the regret and shame of it all.
