a pastor if he’s been assigned to a parish.  Some priests just teach and some take on administrative duties in the diocese working with the bishop of that area.   At one time, our priest/pastor had three parishes to minister to and each one had a school with grades K-8.  That lasted for several years until the one parish was closed due to families moving out of the area.  Believe me, that man really earned his place in heaven with all the responsibilities he had.  Now we’re down to two parishes and all the Catholic schools on our side of town have all migrated to one campus where we have Pre-school through 12th grade.  It’s working very well.  The mass schedules are set up so that there is one Mass in the evening on Saturday which each parish rotates every four months…and then one mass every Sunday at 9:00 AM at one parish and 11:00 AM at the other…those two schedules are fixed and don’t rotate.

have in real life!  In fact, most of our priests are pastors to multiple parishes these days.

but I think it’s sort of fun to see him as a priest again in something so totally different from MASH.  If they want more drama for the character then they need to bring back Ralph Waite.  He’s a very good dramatic actor.

that’s what Will wants to do…but wanting and doing are so very far apart, especially in this type of situation.  I can’t see him standing on the sidelines and not being part of his child’s life.  So, Days will play this out and we’ll see Will going through agony for the decision he made to step totally out of the picture.

they were shocked to see he was a priest.  It seemed to me that no one knew he had gone through seminary and taken vows to be a priest.  They seemed to not know what he’s been up to at all for quite some time.

The first time he came on screen on Days, I had to laugh!  Closing my eyes made me picture a scene from MASH just hearing his voice.  I’m glad Days asked him to play this part.

all the lies that were told and the struggle between Sami and Lucas while he was growing up.  I can certainly understand him not wanting to put his own child through that kind of trauma.

I was really hoping that Marlena would act a bit smug with Kristen and just walk away from all the antics that she’s trying to pull.  The writers have really missed an opportunity to have Marlena act as the professional she is with a solid marriage that she has with John.  It would have been more entertaining for me to watch Kristen try every trick in the book and just keep getting more and more frustrated.

Melissa’s and Tony’s name that I jumped off the bed!  Hubby’s not interested in this show, so I always watch on our bedroom TV.  I probably looked like an idiot with the huge smile I had on my face, but it was sooooo much fun watching their reactions when they called their name.  Tom Bergeron said something like, "The other two have one, now you do too" right before he named them the winners. It just seemed the right thing to happen with how long Tony’s been on the show and how great Melissa danced…viewers and the judges got it right!!

He is sooooo deserving after all the years on the show and Melissa has proven to be a great dancer.  Of course, neither of them ever having one before would make their winning so much more gratifying.  My thoughts are that Apolo and Kelly will go home tonight.

of years ago.  She was a plus sized gal and never had any indication that she was pregnant.  A similar situation occurred with regard to her not feeling well and went to the hospital and gave birth!
