Participantso I’m very excited about seeing new characters interacting. I’ve about had it with the same stories with the same characters with the same results. There’s been enough Sami-stuff to last two lifetimes!

Participantabout Sonny and Will, but I was concerned about offending someone on the board. However, I would be happier not seeing all of this kissing between the two guys just as I am happier now that they no longer have Nicole and Dan romping around in bed together. They just don’t have to go that far for us to get the picture…JMHO.

Participanton the morning after, but this is the first time I can remember that the star was not present. Tristan did the interview by himself….Pam was nowhere in sight.

Participantwith sending Pam home. I’m wondering why the show’s producers asked her to compete again. The only other competitor who I thought looked weak was Bristol…maybe just rusty…we’ll see how she looks next week. I also don’t think that Drew was in the bottom of the votes. It almost seemed like it was a scare tactic toward the rest of the dancers to have a former winner in the bottom two. To me, he looked really afraid that he was going home. Again, Anna looks like an immature child with all of her antics in front of the camera. I find it hard to believe that she’s married to Jonathon Roberts (former DWTS pro) because he seems so calm, cool and collected and she’s not…of course, opposites do attract!

Participantshe was yelling, "That was for your Emmy!" So, I guess that was her way of congratulating him on his Emmy win on Sunday night. She could have done what most of the others did and just say it and give him a hug. Of course, she has to be big and bold.

Participantbefore they got their scores…very annoying!

Participant"any given Sunday". The Steelers that played yesterday looked nothing like the Steelers that played last week. You and I will continue to be friendly rivals in the same division, sticking by our favorite team win or lose!

Participantis that he will get away with whatever he does….AGAIN!

ParticipantI, too, think I’d be more accepting of this relationship if he hadn’t done so many unthinkable and despicable actions against Sami and her children. How could a woman ever, EVER dismiss the cruel sexual impositions that a man has done to her!? When Rafe brought up the kidnapping of Sydney, I thought he’d also mention his replacement in her life of the FauxRafe. It was almost like the writers didn’t want to keep that in the forefront of the viewers minds as they begin this debacle of reuniting Sami and EJ. I know I’ve said this before, but it remains an insult to every female viewer how often they just brush aside blatant sexual assaults against the females in this show.

ParticipantBasic Black? Brady sure jumped ship quickly.

ParticipantI was truly impressed and happy for Peyton Manning. Hubby and I loved watching him when he was a Tennessee Vol and he’s still got what it takes. I was also happy to watch the Lions win (Hubby’s favorite team) in spite of Stafford’s costly interceptions. I hope he shakes it off and that the Lions have a great season. So…to all of us football fans…Yes! We are ready for some football!!

Participantof EJ that are very disturbing to me; especially, his invasion of personal space when it comes to females. From my former work in investigating sexual harassment claims, I know that’s a form of sexual harassment. As for James Scott being attractive, I don’t find him to be at all. He’s too effeminate for my tastes and is too skinny. I like a man to have a body more like Rafe’s…not so tall and lanky, but more solid and stocky. No personal offense intended…just my taste in men.

Participantphysically sick reaction whenever EJ is on screen. I recall when he first arrived in Salem as the supposedly successful race car driver, EJ Wells. His character turned me off in a second and has continued ever since. Even though I know this is only a TV show, it is still disconcerting to me how this character…after the horrendous acts he committed…has fans who really like him. I know you have to have protaganists and antagonists in any story; but, the unconscienable sexual attacks that EJ has been a part of against Sami, are not something I can just ignore. That’s just me.

Participantafter the whole FauxRafe thing was found out, that’s one of the first things that Sami screamed about…that Stefano and EJ had her raped by a stranger who she thought was her husband. I know soaps are notorious for sexual exploitations; however, for me, it’s unconscienable for Days to continue to write Sami as someone who "forgives" EJ for the horrendous attacks that he has perpitrated against her. It reflects on the writers as being unsympathetic to women who have gone through these types of awful acts in real life.
I, too, was loving every word of Lucas’ dialogue with EJ; however, EJ was as smug as ever with his "so what" kind of attitude. That’s a character that will never ever be redeemable in my eyes. The day he’s written off the show will be one that will make my day! Stefano too.

Participantscenes like today (9-5). He’s a really good actor and shows it so well when he’s not being written like a raving lunatic. When he’s calm and deliberate in a serious scene like he was today with EJ at Sami’s, he’s my favorite! I hate it when he’s in a scene with EJ and he’s portrayed as a sniveling, whining adolescent while EJ sneers at and condescends to him.
Just like you say, Patti, what are they going to do with him? I so wish he could be written as the mature male that he can be in some type of business setting; but, I just don’t see that happening. Because we so seldom see Ally anymore, I wonder if he will win full custody and move away…again…from Salem.
