last Friday we only received about 4 inches of blowing snow. Then, yesterday and overnight into today we’ve received about 10 more inches. We live in the rural area about 20 miles southeast of Toledo on a farm. Due to all the equipment we have, getting in and out is not a problem. Fortunately, there hasn’t been any power outages; so, it’s just been a typical winter. I’ve been watching the weather for the eastern coast and I’ve been amazed at the amount that has fallen there. Our area schools closed yesterday and today, but will probably be back in session tomorrow. I can’t imagine how long it will take for the D.C. area to get back to normal. Everyone, be safe!
luckeyParticipantis a spammer and exactly what is spam on a website. I thought it meant advertisements, but I don’t think I’m right.
luckeyParticipanttouched a lot of lives and brought her warm, endearing personality to the entertainment world. May she rest in peace.
luckeyParticipant.
luckeyParticipant.
luckeyParticipanta fan of all that hair hanging in their faces. Maybe just old fashioned, but I do like to see an actor’s face.
luckeyParticipantChad’s father, being the agressive hardnose that he is, would have called Chad and reemed him for including Mia and then the truth would have come out. However, because these writers don’t let that happen, Chad’s father totally believed this little twit that he can’t stand and never gave his son a chance to explain.
The same has been said about Bo and Hope many times on this board and I agree totally that they would not be acting the way they are had the writers let the characters do the driving. Oh well….
luckeyParticipantnot sleeping with each other. He made it very clear in dialogue when Viv first moved in that their being together was for show and nothing more.
luckeyParticipantout of the box of Mickey’s belongings.
luckeyParticipantimportant character to have interacted with Maggie at the time of Mickey’s death. Who would have known better the loss that Maggie was enduring than Caroline? These writers are missing the boat big time in many instances. I realize that budget concerns are top priority, but it’s become a major insult to the viewers. Bringing back Vivian couldn’t have been cheap!
luckeyParticipantwhen he said something about Sami is the one to be suffering…not Sydney. It looks tome like this whole scenario was for nothing more than to make Sami suffer for having kept EJ from his child. He sounded and looked very diabolical when he was talking about how Sami is turning from Rafe and putting her trust in EJ. He could have been one of those old-time movie villains who has a mustache and curls the ends while he’s giving the audience his vengeful look. I am hoping that this story line comes to an end soon; but in the mean time, it does have me intrigued. I haven’t been reading any of the day-ahead posts recently, so I guess that adds to my enjoyment. But, it really is time to get this story to its end.
luckeyParticipantthe show’s anniversary in 2009, so they stopped them after January 1.
luckeyParticipantafter January 1. I’m thinking they were done just for the show’s anniversary celebration they had in 2009. Now that 2009 has ended, they also ended the trivia. I sure enjoyed it too! It brought back a lot of memories and also filled in some blanks.
luckeyParticipantto be sure I didn’t miss it. But, it wasn’t there!
luckeyParticipantthe encounter between Hope and Carly. It was good to hear both of them getting in their shots at each other. Don’t get me wrong here…I rate Carly’s actions with Bo at 8-below-plant-life. However, I really thought it would be a one-sided match with Hope doing all the attacking; but, it was a good exhange for me. It was the first time I’ve seen Carly’s eyes wide open…it seems that she’s always squinting and frowning.
I do have one question: What in the world was Carly wearing!? It almost looked like some kind of jacket that was inspired by some of the space suits that have been worn by characters in Star Trek. It looked very uncomfortable and not attractive at all.
