Good theory. Or EJ can just vanish on his own private island. Remember he was selling all ofh is holdings, even at a loss. But I REALLY REALLY want Sami to groval to get Rafe back. And I hope he doesn’t take her back right away.
Actually, she did protest some at the beginning, and some throughout this painful SL. But one gets the feeling it was not sincere, as in: "Oh, Bo. I really can’t intrude upon you in this most dire, dangerous time of my llife, which will cause people to drop like flies if you don’t help me, but I really can’t ask you to do that. Stop, no really."
Having said that, however, Bo and Hope’s problems are their own. They would likely still be living apart even if Carly wasn’t in town.
Back to the topic: unfortunately, MANY people do this exact same thing when they separate. I see it often enough, and firmly warn my clients against such behavior. Sad, but true.

"Faking a kidnapping" is not, in and of itself a crime: it is lying to law enforcement which is the crime. In S.C., kidnapping is a felony. False reporting of a felony is a felony (false reporting of a misdemeanor is a misdemeanor), punishable by up to 5 years in jail and a small fine (and possibly reimbursing law enforcement costs). Further, I can see in SALEM lawbooks, both unmarried parents have the same rights to a child. Conversely, in SC the bio mother of a child–when not married to the father– usually has custody until a court says otherwise. Again, in Salem, however, I don’t see this happening. It would not surprise me if one (or both) of the following plays out: 1. since EJ had original custody of the child, he has the superior right; or 2. since no court order establishes custody, they both have the same right to the child, with none being superior over the other (meaning, whoever has the child, has the child until a court orders something else). In either case, neither the police nor the court could "do something" to EJ for keeping the child away from Sami—she had no custody claims to the child at all.
Anyway, I predict a slap on the wrist for EJ, and Anna not getting in trouble at all, criminally speaking.
But, after the showdown, I REALLY wish Rafe would dump Sami right on her deceitful rear-end. She has got to be the dumbest character on the show right (except for maybe Mia). Rafe could do so much better; even Carli would be better than Sami. Honestly. that immature woman makes me ill.
Ha Ha! I think you are right about the haridresser being away on an extended leave! Nicole’s wig was hideously ugly; looking at her in it was completely unbearable for me. But I also noticed Sami’s hair, and I too thought it looked grey. As for Mia…… I try NOT to look at Mia at all, for any reason, at any time whatsoever.
Yesterday, when she came down, I didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t know if there was a skip in timeline, or what. This is absolutely, totally egregious writing, and abhorrent treatment of the actors and fans.
OK. I missed that bit of information. It certainly makes more sense now. Good grief, I couldn’t figure out why in the world the woman wouldn’t take the wig off; the jig was up; everyone knew who she was! LOL. Thanks, all.
