Marlena had it coming. It is a breach of ethics to treat Chad in any way if he is a person of interest in the case. Marlena is always so quick to tell people she can’t discuss any cases etc. she should know better and Abe is correct. I do however think Abe should find out why Marlena may have doubts about Chad attacking her.
No sympathy for Theresa either. She deserves whatever crappy treatment Kate and Nicole dole out. Plus Kate is correct, she can’t expect to start at the top. She needs humbling and to study under a professional and earn her stripes. This Basic Black storyline is one of the weakest for me.
Remember when Marlena thought she was the killer but everyone was on Melaswen? It’s possible Ben only thinks he’s the killer. You know who would really be a surprise? Marlena. No one would believe after the possession and the Salem Stalker storyline that she could be the bad guy yet again! Maybe Ben is trying to frame Chad but the real murderer was Marlena all along. I know it doesn’t make sense since Chad saw someone run out of her office but if they really wanted to surprise people they should cook up a way to make Marlena evil once again.
I am a Bope fan but I totally get your frustration about how the character of Aiden has been trashed. I don’t see how Hope will end up looking anything but foolish at the end of this. While I agree they let the relationship between Aiden and Hope build over time I just never warmed to Aiden and found him boring. I think it would have been better to have Hope say no to the proposal and then have Aiden leave town. This way Hope could seem more in charge without need of rescue. In fact, I would rather Hope Join Steve in finding and rescuing Bo for once.
I just think the new writers were stuck with Aiden and they didn’t want him. They wanted Bo and if they can’t have Bo then they want Rafe. Aiden has to go and his exit makes both he and Hope look like fools.
What an entitled group. I have never seen a more whiny bunch. I don’t understand how they were raised to be so lazy with no work ethic or empathy for others. I know they aren’t all like that but many that I have encountered are and it is extremely disheartening. A little discipline and hard work would have gone a long way with these kids. That overly permissive helicopter parenting does them a grave disservice.

Basic Black is supposed to be huge, the rival to Titan. No way anyone could buy it for less than billions with a B. Theresa? Where could she get that money? Nicole either. She has $250,000 at most. Who would back these two with no experience running a huge corporation with multiple subsidiaries? Nicole claims to have spent some time running Titan but that was just a figurehead. Sorry, love the new writing but this is just stupid.
My fave all time couple! I am so glad Kayla is holding his feet to the fire! I cannot wait to see this slow burn! This is the most excited I have been for this show since the 90’s. Bravo so far!

I think there is a danger in blaming the victim. I agree that common sense dictates that you shouldn’t get yourself in a compromising position,Getting drunk, dressed provocatively and flirting but if she says no, well it’s no. They were flirting and making out quite mutually but my problem came when he grabbed her and pulled her on top of him aggressively kissing her. Drunk or not, he was wrong there in my opinion.
I agree that the way they are sending Aiden out is not really making a lot of sense for me but I want Bo and Hope so I guess we will wait and see.
Aiden bores me to tears. I can’t wait to have Bo back and if he doesn’t stay I would rather see Hope with Rafe. I am most excited for the reuniting of my all time favorite couple Steve and Kayla.
I agree the money will be part of Nicole’s redemption and possible exit. She gave half to charity and if she ever gets the money out of Xander I believe she will start some sort of organization to help young girls with problems like she had as a child. This was foreshadowed by her conversation with Julie about a week ago.
