Maybe the price of fake blood has soared, so in order to save money we only get a hint of blood.
There was a case in CA years ago where a child needed a bone marrow transplant and neither parent matched, they had another child who was a successful match.

some of us could get tested as donors and maybe the writers could join in? I have been on the list for years, never been a match, but maybe someday. Feels good to be on the list.
As a nurse , I totally agree that nursing now-a-days is highly specialized, not like 50 years ago when there were still a few small "cottage" hospitals around with only a few beds and the nurse covered everywhere and sick patients would be sent out to a tertiary care hospital. And if you have a nursery and you are bringing the baby in for a PKU or an exam. you would never leave the babies alone in there! And wasn’t that the WORSE Neonatal Resuscitation!
Many, if not most, of us have strong opinions about what is happening in Washington, but Days is a retreat, an escape from the realities of the world. And we certainly cannot say that there is much reality in Days! So let’s make this a politics-free zone, with no discussion or even hints about our politics. We are all friends and we can argue about the show, but let’s stick to that! I certainly need a safe retreat! If Days is not on, we can find it or get the blow by blow (LOL) accounts on Dayscafe.com. They could have quietly surrounded Gaby, grabbed the phone from behind then arrrested her! If she doesn’t have the phone and web access Julie is safe then they can get the pacemaker reprogrammed or replaced
I can tell you that is an absolute sign of pregnancy LOL. Only in the movies, in real life it calls for a workup and taken very sseriously cuz pregnant ladies are not supposed to pass out!
