I think he was too wounded to run.  Had they not found him yesterday, he would probably have been dead today.  I would have thought with all the police, that they would have seen and searched the boat.  But I heard that the house with the boat was just outside of the perimeter they were searching.

I tell ya, there are a lot of relieved folks here.  I know this affects all Americans but when something like this happens in your neck of the woods, it really hits home harder.  Watertown is just 20 minutes from where I live and if they had not caught him yesterday and we did not know he was hurt, I would have not felt safe.

I have not been watching any coverage today but did read that the older brother was interrogated by the FBI in 2011. It said that a foreign country said he was a radical Islam. I guess they did not feel he was a threat. I also heard that he was charged with domestic abuse.

A lot of us are wondering about that too.  It seems pretty impossible that he got away.  With all the police, FBI etc, he simply got away????  Makes no sense at all. He just drove off and disappeared.  Maybe he is hurt so why can’t they find him?? Our mayor and governor supposed to be holding a press conference soon.  I am sure there is nothing new to say.  I just pray that when they find him, that no more innocent lives are lost since he will most likely have explosives on him.  I am so anxious.

They are still looking for him.  Not sure if he is still in the Watertown area or if he is on the run.

Excellent points, justwondering, especially the one about Sami not wanting EJ to be who he is.  Maybe if she does that, this will work.

I think these people are so stupid.  Last week they vote out a non-threat Michael and yesterday vote out Phillip, another non-threat.  Why didn’t they vote out Andrea?  She is a very strong threat; always up there with the guys in the physical challenges.  And really, just because Reynold, Eddie, and Maclom wanted her out last week, now everybody is against them?  Did I miss something?  Doesn’t make one bit of sense to me.  When it was teams, you needed to keep the strong players and now, you want to get them out.

Even if it is all an act on John’s part, it is still despicable behavior.  He is treating Marlena like a piece of crap on the bottom of his shoe.  There is just no justification for his behavior, even if it is to bring down Kristen (which I’m not sure is even the case).  I can’t stand watching him right now and I love John!  And watching Marlena just fall to John’s knees whenver he wants something or simply, whenever he is in her presence, is pretty hard to watch as well.  I just wish, for once, she would tell him off, let him know his behavior is disgusting, and walk out on him.  Enough of this weak, pathetic Marlena and a-hole John!

I think you meant to say Daniel, not Richard.  Richard is the bald guy that couldn’t design well at all.  I love Daniel and have from the beginning.

I haven’t watched last night’s episode yet but had to read this thread as I am dying to know who went home.  I am shocked that Layana went home!  She was very good though I can’t say I am unhappy about her leaving as I did not like her "I’m better than everyone else" attitude.  She was so full of herself.  But wow, I am still shocked.  Can’t wait to watch it later!

Loved your line about the likelihood of Chloe wearing sweats.  She is so unbelievable as a mother always parading around all dressed up in dresses with a ton of makeup on.  Now I understand that they are not going to have all the characters walking around in sweats all the time, even if they do have a kid.  Most of the women do dress up to some extent which is nice to see.  But she can still wear pants (like Hope) and nice top once in a while and not have her cleavage hanging out.  And, as I mentioned before, what also looks unrealistic, is her movements.  They are stilted like a mannequin sometimes.  Even when she is playing with Parker, you just wouldn’t believe she is a mother.

Yes, I do remember Stan!  Can’t remember exactly what he looks like, but I remember he resembled Sami a lot.

I didn’t watch the results show last night but heard this morning that Lisa got eliminated.  I didn’t know she was sick.  I knew she passed out during rehearsels but didn’t know why.  I think she may have had some potential but was too tentative in her moves.  She was too reserved but I don’t think she was bad at all.  I didn’t think she’d go far but DL, Victor and Sean were not better than her, IMO, though I too really like Victor for some reason.

I think many people want Chloe gone because we already knew when she returned to Salem, that it was temporary.   And when you combine that with this ridiculous storyline that most of us hate, it only makes sense to feel that way.  That is my opinion anyway.

Absolutely!  Even if Lucas was just looking out for her and thought this was in her best interest, why act like a jerk about it.  Jen is obviously devastated; it was written all over her face and he thought he was helping by acting so over-the-top happy?  That was obnoxious.

I too miss the days of  the big pay-offs.  I don’t care much if we get a big one with Nick but I would LOVE to see a huge one with Chloe.  Since we had to suffer through this not only ridiulous, but overly long storyline, I, for one, would love to see a week or so of Chloe getting what’s coming to her.  I know others will probably disagree, and just want her to go away quickly, but I would enjoy seeing this as my reward for putting up with this crap.

Agree.  She looked fantastic, especially her hair.  And unlike Chloe, she seldom wears a lot of makeup.  I think she has an inner beauty as well that shines through.
