His response to the "toxins are everywhere, Victor" was my very favorite one.
He also said something with "bad bitches" in it. I think it may have been "super bad bitches". If it wasn’t, it had the "bad bitches" at the end anyway. I loved it!
I kind of forget the other one, too, from yesterday. Something about all the cleaning products in the world couldn’t rid him of the stain or the stench of what was in his house. Or maybe I imagined he said it. LOL. I thought he did. It was yesterday and there were so many good ones, I forget them all. Whatever it was, it was a riot!
I also thought she looked good in that pink dress and the little sweater. I liked that for once her boobs weren’t spilling out on top. It was a form-fitting dress but wasn’t trashy like some of the get-ups she’s worn. It looked very classy and very pretty. A great look on her. It reminded me more of Easter than Valentine’s because it looked so springy and I loved it. When I first saw her in Horton Square from a distance, I was wondering what was sitting on top of her head and then I realized it was a bun.
Darn! I thought maybe she’d leave this month. I thought I couldn’t like Chloe any less until she slammed the door in Jennifer’s face yesterday after asking Jen to come inside. Jen handled herself well there I thought and stood up for herself. I was hoping Jen would be a little more on the attack with Chloe but it ain’t over yet!
I, too, thought it was a mistake initially, but I think it was explained later that Jen and Daniel had Brady’s phone. So when Daniel answered Chloe’s call, she just assumed it was Brady. I seem to remember Brady giving them his phone at the club, or I could be mistaken.
I love their scenes together. I don’t find them boring at all, probably because they have great chemistry. I see sparks fly when they’re together.
Daniel the dufus!!!! When he said to Jennifer that she must think he’s stupid if she thinks he can’t handle Chloe’s tricks, I said "ya, you are stupid"!! The guy always looks so clueless. Get over it, Daniel. Jennifer thought they could be reached by phone. No biggie. Chloe’s lies are much more harmful.
I actually enjoyed Kate and Rafe! I thought their scenes were amusing. It didn’t bother me at all that they wound up in bed and I thought it would bother me a lot. I can take them more than I can take watching Sami and EJ rolling around in the sack. It certainly adds a different element to the show. Again, I really loved yesterday’s show.
When those two are on screen, I can’t take my eyes off of them. Love all of their scenes! And I do feel the sparks between them. I think they have great chemistry though I hope they don’t act on it.
Very well said, Patti and great insight. I had not even picked up on the theme, bit I too really loved yesterday’s show. Without trying to sound too mushy, I found your post itself beautiful. Awwwww! "The heart wants what the heart wants" sounds like what should be a title of a Hallmark movie.
My driveway still isn’t plowed. My boyfriend did his driveway and his neighbor’s and I could tell he was so tired so he’s going to do it tomorrow which is fine. I don’t like seeing the driveway with almost three feet of snow; it feels overwhelming and confining and is making me anxious (doesn’t help that I’m PMS’ing as well). There was a time this afternoon where I just felt so isolated and was ready to pull my hair out which I know is stupid because we and our house are okay. But at least it will get done tomorrow and we have more than enough food as we always have extra on hand; and we have power so I have a lot to be thankful for. I love New England but am beginning to hate snow (or at least so much of it). I like the beauty of it in small amounts, especially at Christmastime.
And Patti, thank you so much for your concern and kind words. It means a lot to me. I’m really looking forward to watching Days next week.
Thanks for that great re-cap, Patti and for the well wishes! It is still snowing here. The last of the bands are coming through and the blizzard warning should be lifted at one today. The town where I live got about 27 inches of snow with another inch or two expected. There are snow drifts everywhere but at least the snow was a light fluffy snow. We did not lose power even with some high winds, but a lot of folks down on the Cape and on the coast lost theirs. My boyfriend will come at some point to use the snowblower. There is a state-wide driving ban which may or may not be lifted today and we can not drive in my town until seven tomorrow morning. But my mother and I are safe and warm so I thank God for that!
Sami did look too made up. It was not only the lipstick but her whole look in general. I doubt she had any kind of work done to her face. Just not a good look on her. She is unwatchable right now for me with her constant tirades and always looking mad. I can’t stand the angry faces she makes.
