I don’t even watch Jennifer anymore.  I just fast forward every time she’s on which is too bad because I usually like to watch her.  I also fast forward almost anything that has to do with this riduculously boring storyline.  Jennifer has become so completely obsessed to the point where she needs help.  She needs Marlena ASAP.

Wish I could go trick-or-treating at your house, bonbon!  Would love to see your decorations.  I have a lot of Halloween LED candles and spooky candelabras in my house.  It was neat when we lost power Monday night (thankfully only for a couple hours) and I was walking around the house with the candelabras.  Very spooky.

I’ve already eaten a bunch of candy I brought in for the office and it’s only 12:30 pm!

I also love to watch scary movies around Halloween.  My favorite all-time Halloween movie is "Halloween" with Jamie Lee Curtis from 1978.  There is no gore in the movie (unlike the Halloween sequels) but it’s just so spooky.  And the theme song is even scarier!

I agree, Patti.  I was choked up as well, as I felt the actor, not the character, was saying goodbye to his leading lady.

I wonder if a lot of Northeast people couldn’t vote because of Sandy.  Maybe they should have postponed it as millions didn’t have power.  Hardly seems fair to Sabrina.

And I agree that the voting system itself is unfair.   Maybe the judges’ scores should have more weight.  I don’t know.  I’m just sick of the show right now.  And with the many ill-fitting music selections for the dances and the 5 minutes of commercials after 3 minute show segments, I won’t miss it one bit.  The show’s a joke especially after what happened last night.

I love Kristin being back.  She is making an otherwise boring show more interesting when she is on screen.  She’s adding some much needed spark.

I was very surprised at how high the scores were for Kirstie.  But I have to say, at least she really loves dancing.  I think she will go home tonight but would not be surprised if it was somebody else.  Kelly and Val had the lowest scores so they could go and I am hoping they will.  As everyone knows, I do not like Kelly at all due to her personality or lack of one.  I get no enjoyment whatsoever in watching her dance.  There is no genuine-ness coming from her; no warmth. As an actress, she can’t even act the part in her dance.  It’s as if she’s just going through the motions.  She’s not feeling the dance and I think that’s important for making the dance real and powerful.  Usually if someone’s feeling the dance, then I’m feeling it, too (if the music matches the dance).  Maybe this doesn’t make sense to some but it’s the best I can explain it.

Loved Louis and Sabrina’s rumba.  It was beautiful and emotional.  I thought they had some real chemistry last night.  I loved how some of the dancers were expressing their well wishes to the people on the East Coast.  I live in the Boston area and thankfully, we were spared the worst of it.  Some very high winds and power outages but nothing too bad here.

I agree with everything you said about Sami but it’s really not that surprising since Sami has a history of doing this.  She runs from guy to guy depending on the way the wind is blowing that day, even if it means going back to EJ time and time again.  If she gets back with him again, she really needs psychological help.

Had to laugh, luckey, at "that orange piece of elastic".  I’ve posted before that I don’t like when Sami dresses in way too tight spandex mini dresses.  Not a good look on her IMO.  She looks much better in outfits like the one she had on this week.

Come to think of it, last week Nick was at Horton Square with Sonny and Will, and when they left, Nick was just staring at them (or maybe it was just Sonny) with a strange look on his face.  I forget exactly but something registered to me that there was something going on (and not necessarily that he is gay).

I didn’t like Gilles’ team dance.  It was not a good team dance.  Everybody was all over the place doing their own thing.  And I’m no prude and I love off-color humor, but I think it bordered on vulgar when Gilles opened up Pita’s legs and looked at her crotch twice.  Derek’s team was much better technically and I enjoyed it much better.

I haven’t been enjoying Gilles’ attitude much this year and I’ve always loved him.  He is a fantastic dancer but I think his ego has become very much inflated.  I thought Shawn and Derek’s Titanic dance was beautiful and emotional and I’m not a big fan of the Rumba.  The ending gave me goose bumps.

I’m soooo happy Sabrina is in first place!!

I don’t think she has changed because what would the show do with a good Kristen?  I think she’s still bad to the bone which makes for much better entertainment IMO (but don’t want to see her try to come between John and Marlena AGAIN, which I think is definitely the direction they’re heading).

I also thought that Carrie Ann’s head hit the floor hard but when I watched the replay, her hand was holding onto the podium as she fell, thus breaking the fall somewhat.

And who knows if Kirstie will go home this week.  I kept saying that about Bristol every week and she stayed until last week.  It’s really hard to predict.

I just don’t get why these people think winning a mirror ball trophy (or any prize for that matter) is worth more than their health.  Is it really worth the risk of potentially harming yourself even further?  Or permanently?  Just doesn’t make any sense to me.  Melissa is a new mother and is it worth continuing with such a serious injury?  Unless, like you say, bonbon, that it was not as serious as they made it out to be.

And I guess I just don’t understand why they have to incorporate all these risky moves and acrobatics.  It isn’t really dancing anyway and I don’t think I would do them for the sake of a winning a dance contest.

Can’t be soon enough for me!  Tired of this storyline, not to mention bored.
