I think that whole scene with Johnny was odd. Especially since Leo is professing his love for Dimitri every other minute. I don’t understand the writers doing that at all.
I actually thought that yesterday was their last day, but it looks like Tripp is still on next week. I’m not sure that Clyde would want to take down a whole plane just to kill Tripp. That storyline would not even fly. Think about it, he kills a whole plane’s worth of people, so there would be no reason for Ava to do his bidding. Not only that, Ava hasn’t stopped doing his bidding yet. So what would be the point of killing Tripp first? The other thing that’s important, I think Shin might have the ability to exact revenge on Clyde. I think Clyde will, in the end, be responsible for Li Shin’s death and the Shin family will take him out. That’s what I’d like to see happen. I don’t like Clyde and find him to be useless.
As for Wendy and Tripp, their characters are boring. They are barely used and don’t really add to any storylines at this point. I have no problem with them going to China. They always have the potential to return. I’d actually like to see Joey return. Stephanie doesn’t do anything for me and Steve and Kayla need their children around.
I didn’t see the first time he was on, that’s when I was unable to watch. It may have been done in jest, just like eating with Julie on Thanksgiving. He is not Nick Fallon.
I don’t know the end game with this. Mostly because the writers went on strike in this middle of this storyline. The original writers may not have intended to relegate Dimitri to prison. The replacements did, so we may still see him again once the original writers’ work begins to be seen again.
They probably couldn’t get them to even do that. Remember, what we’re seeing was filmed 6 months ago. I know the guy who played Will was doing a Hallmark movie. Another thought could be $$. The show would have to pay them and maybe that’s not in the budget.
According to Blake Berris, he is NOT Nick Fallon. His storyline has nothing to do with Nick Fallon and his character is nothing like Nick Fallon.
This whole storyline involving Trask just seems so out of character. Trask was always by the book. This is not the Melinda Trask we have all come to know and hate. It also makes no sense that a mother, who lost her own child, would happily plan this out and put Nicole through this. Forget EJ, it is Nicole who is suffering. I don’t see how they will ever redeem Melinda or how any of us will ever want to see her again. Too bad they killed off Li Shin. I thought they made a good pair, had a lot of chemistry, and a lot of storyline potential. Instead she’s become a conniving law breaker with bitter, vengeful Sloan.
I’d rather have Lucas onscreen instead of in NZ. There is a new female character coming to Days, so hopefully she’ll inject some new blood into Salem and she’ll be paired with someone. I have heard a rumor though, that this will eventually be the new Abigail, although she won’t know she’s Abigail. I would just prefer that she is a new character.
Don’t get your panties in a wad. There is still a Christmas episode to be seen. And I don’t need everyone to be on the show hanging ornaments for me to be satisfied. I would like to know why Stephanie gets an ornament? She is Steve and Kayla’s daughter, not a Horton. Why wasn’t Maggie’s granddaughter Holly included in the ornament hanging? Other than that, I loved the flashbacks, I always will. I was watching back in the day so it warms my heart.
I honestly asked myself the same thing. I mean Chad could have definitely been “born” but I don’t recall Chad ever meeting Alice. I know Tom Horton would have been dead by the time we saw a Chad onscreen, but I’m not sure about Alice. If anyone can provide a first air date for Chad and a last air date for Alice, that would certainly help.
I don’t think Chad is involved in the fire. I really don’t know much about it either. I have not seen any spoilers in regards to it either. That said, I’d love to see Clyde Weston dead. I’m so tired of us having to see this all powerful Clyde who’s sitting behind bars.
I don’t know that anyone realizes that Monday was Dimitri’s last day. We will not see him again as of now. The immunity was for his crimes with his mom and I think for kidnapping Andrew and Kate. I agree, I don’t know how they got Dimitri in a maximum security prison in solitary. What was his crime to warrant that? That’s a federal prison. I am quite confused about how Melinda pulled that off.
I agree, I don’t think Nicole took Jude, I think Leo did and gave Jude to his real mom. Spoilers say Nicole bonds with her baby, so I think there is a real possibility that Leo was finally able to tell Nicole that the baby is hers.
Stephanie didn’t purposely drop the water bottle on her foot. The only person responsible for their actions and reactions are the people who did them or had them. Chad showed up uninvited and then had that smarmy comment to Alex and Stephanie. Do you honestly think Stephanie crafted this whole scenario? That means she would have called for the water bottle, purposely dropped it knowing she could get Alex to help her and somehow also knowing that Chad would walk in and raise hell. None of that makes sense. I would have also been upset with Chad’s reaction. He doesn’t want Stephanie, but he doesn’t want her with anyone else. Please! If he doesn’t want her with Alex, Everett, or whoever, he should have put a ring on it. He just wanted a baby sitter and a f*** buddy.
