I was wondering how this lie would play out for Vivian, Stefan, and Gabi. DVL didn’t die. He was even sitting up and signing over Dimera shares before the ambulance got there. He can point the finger at the real shooter.

Well crap! I didn’t know that we’d never see him again. That kind of went flat, didn’t it? They should have explained where he would go next.
Your train of thought really doesn’t make sense. It matters not if the waiter, the phone, or google were around 25 years ago, which btw, the internet was around 25 years ago, Ava and Harris can certainly google Susan and Edmund.
First, we don’t know if Dimitri is dead. We only know he’s been shot. If he is dead, which I am hoping, Gwen will get everything that Dimitri had—-Von Leuschner inheritance and Dimera shares. I am more worried that Megan Hathaway will make her way back to town and maybe she’ll want to do Stefan and Gabi in. I personally, don’t think they are going to kill off Gabi. Not long ago there was a casting call put out for an Hispanic female in her 30s who didn’t mind wearing revealing clothing. I think whoever is cast, will be the Gabi replacement. That said, I think Gabi might leave town for a while, but she won’t be dying.
Most of yesterday was boring. I really want to see Abe again. I want to see Johnny and Chanel. I want to see what the aftermath is of DVL, Leo, and Gwen. But no, we got a whole day of filler.
I don’t know how much you use a cell phone and google, but you can find things from 25 years ago when you google it.
Deimos isn’t Xander’s dad. I also don’t believe Helena is Xander’s mom. She is from Scotland and her last name was Cook. Which is why Xander has gone by Xander Cook for many years. I think Deimos is one of Victor’s siblings, but not the one who is the supposed father of Xander.
First, I agree with @doolfan. I think the juxtaposition of these stories is a clue that Xander is Victor’s. Also, if either of you remember, Anjelica was a mean, devious person. She was not loveable or kind. That letter sounded like it was from a sweet loving person, not Anjelica Devereaux. Also, the letter stated that she was in love with the child’s supposed father and didn’t want Victor to ruin that by showing up as the baby’s bio father. Does that even sound remotely like Anjelica? She wasn’t ever in love with Justin. He was a convenience and she happened to get pregnant with Alex. I’m not buying this story of Alex being Victor’s son.
As for the letter, is it real? When was it written? When did Victor find this out? I still see Teresa doing some dirty deeds in order to get Alex. I wouldn’t put it past her.
Thank you @zodiacpisces1971. That totally explains why I don’t recall too much. My dad had cancer and died in ‘88, so my focus wasn’t much on Days except in the summer. I only remember Kayla’s and Steve’s wedding and the storyline when Kayla couldn’t hear or speak.
Does anyone know Xander’s mother’s name? Also, was the letter dated? For that matter, if Teresa did change Alexandros to Alexander, and Xander’s mother’s name isn’t Anjelica, could Teresa also have changed the name of the letter writer? I really want to see how this will be solved. On a very positive note, the character of Teresa will only be on another 10 weeks. Hopefully that means if Xander is Victor’s son, this story will wrap up around Christmas or New Years.
I’m going to sit it out and wait to hear how this is explained. I don’t recall Victor being with Angelica, ever, but I may have missed something over the years since I watched Days in the years before VCRs and DVRs.
It could be possible that she would do that, but I just don’t see how. The will isn’t hand written. I didn’t see Teresa with a computer or at least a typewriter and some white out. I do think it would make much more sense for Xander to be Victor’s son, but I think there is more story with Alex being his son, at least more with Teresa. Considering TPTB are going to put Xander and Sarah back together, they don’t need Teresa pursuing him. They need a story that will last another 10 weeks, so I guess we’ll have to see what happens.
@zodiacpisces1971 It is a spoiler, Alex will find out next week that Justin isn’t his father. Go watch the previews for next week.
