This mus be another one of the crappy stories from the former writers because it totally sucks! Why does Chad have to work for evil Stefano? Why can’t he be his own man? Why does Kate care who Chad is dating? I guess because her own kids are all gone and want nothing to do with her so she has to meddle in someone else’s life. Can’t the writers get this woman a real storyline without the meddling coniving bitchiness that they always give her? If not, writer the character off the show. She has nothing to offer and I’d rather see Kate go than Viv at this point, and I’m no Vivian fan. But Vivian has a story now with Quinn in town, where’s Kate’s story?

The proof not being there is another diversion to make this story drag. Sorry, but it is becoming painful. I knew there wouldn’t be any proof in the box because the writers are crap! So if there’s no proof, what the hell does EJ have to be afraid of–you know the Dimeras did it, so why does this story keep going? I just want it over! It’s boring and predictable and I don’t even know why I’m watching it. To add more salt to the wound, we are also having to deal with Taylor and her un-ending love/devotion/belief of EJ and his goodness. VOMIT!!!!  If Days wants to keep viewers, they need to get a move on.

Every where I read states she, Quinn, Carly, Dario and I forgot who else were let go. Of course they have changed their mind on Quinn, so who knows.

so I’m fine with him staying and he’s easy on the eyes. Not sure where the story will go unless they change their minds about Chloe or Vivian leaving. I don’t see this as a terrible move. It’s kind of nice to have some new genes in Salem. Seems as though everyone’s related so this could only help the dating situation for some Salem female.

Mickey running around with Bonnie was part of the crappiest story line ever and JER’s doing. So I won’t hold that against Mickey. That said, my dad died in 1988. My parents had a great marriage and my mom mourned my dad for many many years. Maggie’s reaction is normal. For the past 5 years my mom has had a "boyfriend." He too is a widower.  My mom still tells me that sometimes she feels like she’s cheating on my dad. That’s why she is engaged, but they will never get married. I guess it gives them both a sense of a relationship that is more serious than dating but less committed than marriage.

I think this storyline is one of the  better ones in terms of dealing with the death of a spouse. I can totally understand Maggie’s feeling conflicted. I see it in my mom, so I don’t have a problem with how the story is going. I am sure that Maggie and Victor will be together. They can’t help but be drawn to one another. I love that they are going slowly with the story.

That we don’t have to see much more of her after mommy dearest is gone. The way they had her approach Dario and Adrienne was incredibly unprofessional. Did she even show them her badge? And even when Adrienne said she was married to a lawyer and knew how to handle this situation, she kept pursuing the questioning without Dario having an attorney present. Filler scene with no purpose except to give Higley’s daughter something on her resume.

I definitely need to see more of him to judge his acting. I am not at all bothered by the gay storyline. It is a fact of life and at least we’re not transplanting faces, making body doubles and killing off people who aren’t really dead. Finally a story that is pertenant to real life and that some viewers can identify with.  I must say, I did like the way he talked with Justin and Adrienne in regards to Victor. For some people the issue of someone being gay is absolutely no big deal, but let’s face it, Victor is from my mother’s generation, is from the "old country" and grew up during a time where people did not mention homosexuality. I am looking forward how they introduce this Victor and all of the sensitivity of the issue. JMHO.

I would love for Blake Berris to come back. He is such a dynamic actor. He really had great chemistry with everyone he acted with–from Maggie to Melanie to Chelsea. He is such a talented guy and Days would do well to bring him back and what an interesting story it would be. At least we could see how Melanie feels now that she knows Daniel and Carly are her biological parents and not the scum who raised her. Maybe she would be so absolutely grateful for Nick killing him.

Crap!!! Now the stories will drag out even more because there is no incentive to move things along. And tennis? How fun is that to watch? Does anyone watch tennis anymore? I agree, that should be on a sports channel.

of my Father-in-law.  He’s now 80, but he was the baby of his family. Everyone calls him Babe, except me.  He hates being called Babe, but the name has stuck and every now and then my mother-in-law calls him Babe and I see him cringe–kind of makes me laugh. I don’t think he started insisting on being called by his name, Clarence or Clancy, until he was about 65 so he is still Babe. That’s probably worse than being a "Sonny."

There is nothing I like about Taylor. I think I am hyper-critical because I have no warm fuzzy feelings for her. I too, cannot wait for them to write her off. However, as long as she’s on the show, could the wardrobe dept. please, please put her in something that doesn’t look like a Hefty garbage sack!

Unless they just can’t act. Dario’s acting is getting better, but he’s still pretty stiff for me. One of the reasons I like Chad is because he never took center stage as soon as he appeared. He had his thing with Mia and then he was background. They just recently started using his character more and I really like the way he’s developed.

Taylor is a perfect example of a character over done. No matter who the actress is portraying the character, I have seen Taylor every freakin’ day and frankly I’m sick of her. The pier scene drove me up a wall with it’s million flashbacks. The saving grace moment was when they changed actresses. I was finally spared that scene. However, I have not been spared the character and I really don’t like her. They could have been so much more subtle. That’s all I’m saying. If you don’t throw them in my face everyday for a majority of the show, I’m more likely to want to watch that character get more airtime because I have slowly developed a relationship with them instead of being forced to develop a relationship with them.

Yes, I’ve been a Days fan forever. I love my old characters. I think the problem on Days is that they bring in young actors and put them in the forefront immediately and then dump the "old timers." That’s what I don’t like. But some of the younger characters have grown on me. I really like Chad. Can’t say I liked him in the Mia storyline, but I like him a lot now, and I think his story is developing. New Abby is growing on me. Didn’t like her too much at first, but she and Chad have chemistry so that’s a .  I like Will.  I like the guy that was always hanging out with Kinsey, I can’t remember his name.  Sadly, I don’t see many young likeable females. I wish they would develop Gabby more if she’s going to be on the show. She seems too whiney for me. Maybe her character will blossom.
