Because we all know that FauxRafe doesn’t speak Spanish and if Gabi hadn’t translated he would have found out right then and there. Then we couldn’t have drawn out this story all the way to May sweeps.
I usually say a few expletives when my lights go out. It always happens at the most inopportune time. More stupidity from the writers at Days. They need to do some housecleaning in that dept. I know a lot of talented writers and they’re all on this board. If they’re too cheap to hire us, they should at least consider reading our suggestions.
I’m with you Bonbon! I think Taylor almost had a grin on her face. Also, her leg was pinned by the seat and EJ couldn’t get it off of her, please! She wasn’t in any pain either, just ready to rumble with EJ with that leg still "pinned" down. 30 lashes with a wet noodle for the writers of that scene. I was actually surprised that they were in an accident. Did I miss something? The last I saw on Monday’s show, they hit a bump and she grabbed EJ’s hand. From a bump to a full fledged car hitting a tree was really lame! Watching these two is about exciting as watching grass grow. Living proof that EJ doesn’t have chemistry with everybody.
Why do they have to have Chloe jump into the sack with some guy she just meets? I really don’t like that they are trying to change her character into one that is a bed-hopper of sorts. To make matters worse, he’s a pimp! Why couldn’t he be a rich business man who thinks she’s a hooker. Have her try to find him and return the money and then maybe let something develop. I sure as heck don’t want a pimp on the show. That spoils it all for me. I know a lot of people who really hate Chloe, but I’ve always had a soft spot for her and the writers are really dragging this character down a path that will make more people despise her.
He said basically that he and Melanie came to Rafe and told him about the person who attacked Melanie and he (Rafe) did absolutely nothing. Gabi basically repeated it–lucky for Rafe2, but they’ve been watching too much Dora, Diego and Handy Manny over in the writing dept. That’s what they do on kids shows.
Regardless of what TPTB think, there was a lot of story left to tell with Belle and Shawn D. They had just started their life and the shipped them off–literally! They both have roots in Salem, so it’s not like a character with no history. I liked Kirsten Storms and Martha Madison grew on me, so I would be happy with either one in the role. I preferred Jason Cook’s Shawn to Brandon Beemer, but maybe that was because he was always so gloomy when he was Shawn. I do recall the few scenes he had with Nadia (Chloe) and they obviously have a lot of chemistry off and on screen so, BB seemed to shine around her. Oh what could have been!
I think she is beautiful, but the make-up was really soft and her lip color accentuated her natural beauty. Oddly, with less make-up on her eyes, I noticed how crystal blue they really are.
and I thought, wow her hair looks really nice–except for the blue streak I can’t stand. But the hair on the pier was just odd! It was such a mess, that it was distracting. I almost forgot what she and Stefano were talking about.
He could certainly help Brady pull it together again and maybe even keep him and Melanie apart. I so dislike them together–very nauseating for me.
Chad’s not even her child and she’s meddling! Can’t the writers come up with something more original?
That scene where she was trying to tell Nicole that EJ had a secret. OMG–could that have gone on any longer? Ari Zucker is a wonderful actress because I could not havve held it together as long as she did to finish out that scene. I would have slapped Faye silly for all the gasping and yelling "no nurse." In the time she spent over-acting that scene she could have told Nicole the whole story. Geez!
I was thinking that meant Will and Ally, but that wouldn’t make sense, since Ally is already gone and Will is old enough that it wouldn’t matter. You are right, they legally are EJ’s kids, if she’s that concerned, why didn’t she just tell EJ to keep them at his place until Rafe is better? I think there is some crappy writing going on here.
